For visible mending work, the thought did cross my mind to try and do it myself as it is indeed my own clothing and why not just add your own personal flair? But I suppose I'm a poser at the moment like those who buy already distressed or paint splattered clothing. I guess I'm a bit lazy and rather have someone else do whatever fun creative spin they can on these holes. -

Anyone know of a person/place that mends/repairs clothes but in a creative way? Got two wool turlenecks that got holes in them and while I probably could try to mend them via without a trace for $$$ I also wouldn't mind just adding a little flair to them. Anyone know of any high rise and straight-ish jeans? Rotating into my jean closet and realize I like the straight loose fits more. The straight taper I like still a bit but not meshing well nowadays really. Been mostly into 11.5+ in rises lately and I like the look. Seems most are mid rise though and those that are high are usually in bigger sizes i.e. I'm around the 32-33 waist size.
