@altoclefchris been out for over a year in the greasers, might be a couple left?
I believe Andrew already checked into that for me. They're long gone. Some kind of indigoxindigo greaser to fill that void would be awesome.
Question, ever considered using the miner cut but with jean details? For me, just cannot beat the fit of the miner, a pair of jeans with that fit would be killer.
Yeah, a double indigo greaser would be fantastic.

What I would do for a pair of greasers in that cone...

Nah, I've seen worse in this thread.
It's bad, but not worse than most "fashionable" Evisu's.
(LVC's "Big Crosby" is not "bad" either - http://www.ebay.com/itm/LEVIS-VINTAGE-CLOTHING-LIMITED-EDITION-1947-501xx-BIG-CROSBY-SIZE-32x34/161388962805?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D24643%26meid%3Deb14932fda0c42a98e602d25245c4032%26pid%3D100005%26prg%3D10413%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D161388878725&rt=nc

A couple quick questions for you all:
Does anybody experienced with the "rowing crew tees" care to share insight on how much these things tend to shrink (or not)?
Also, folks with the 17oz Cone, have you noticed a fair number of neps, snags, and pulls here and there? I finally got around to getting my 17oz Greasers in the rotation and discovered a handful of little oddities and curiosities in the fabric (nothing egregious, of course). I actually really like these things since they break up the uniformity of the fabric, but I can't tell if they're an intended characteristic or just a "bonus." Cheers.
I get what you're saying about the "oddities and curiosities," there's a giant slub near the knee of my 23oz. I love finding those things because it makes my pair even more "mine."

Hi - apologies if I missed it, but any update as to release date for the Black Type II jacket?
You haven't missed it yet. I think they're busy with shows right now, but I would imagine any news on the next season will be coming soon.

Those are pretty hideous.
They look like they're about to fall apart...

^^^ good denim saved my ass as well, 21oz and not only did i walk away I can still wear them.
off topic but 12.5oz denim does nothing in these situations haha

Has anyone picked up the 18oz Chelsea?
Also, somebody needs to get on those indigo ducks that have been sitting in sale for ages now. That fabric is amazing, there is no excuse for not getting some if you have the means.

If you can still find the older ones with the blue rivet on the coin pocket, those are much nicer, full copper hardware and hidden rivets. Now I have shorts with hidden rivets.

I own about 30 pairs, but I am not good at tossing my jeans in the bin especially if they are raw (selvedge) and i've worn them to shit. I keep them for the occasional wear.
How many of you guys wear jeans every day (if the weather provides for denim wear)?
Haha I do it even when the weather doesn't permit. I walked around DC earlier this summer wearing 23oz, and I do not regret it.

my guess is that the boys are readying ss15 for the shows this coming week and that afterward we'll see shots of the booth and what's new like what they did a few months ago with all the new denims for fw14.

Chillin at a bar in long beach, CA.
Random convo w/ chick sitting next to me.
Says shes born and raised in LB.
I ask her whats her sublime story (anyone raised in LB claims a sublime story.)
Girl starts tearing up.
Usually takes way longer.
Starts raising her voice, "NONE OF THOSE STORIES ARE TRUE, BRADLEY WAS AN AMAZING PERSON"
fuck, girls having a full on meltdown, everyones quiet and looking.
Her friend consoles her, tells me shes the dead lead singers sister.
you're on a roll in this thread...

Why not go for the 701 if you want a tight fit?

Here's an oddity I forgot to post with the other pictures: a quick picture taken with my homemade infrared camera.

That fabric gets a great color with a lot of wear.

Update on 23oz!
I have actually been wearing these more than I thought I would in this weather, and honestly, it's not that bad. It's only been about 2 months since I started on them, but they're showing some nice colors and I thought I'd share. As always, I've got more pictures I can post if you guys want to see more.
Also, I pulled the Green Heather Chelseas out again for some pictures, hopefully I'll be able to fix up the holes soon.
