haven't copped a whole lot yet but as usual i'm constantly amazed at the level of customer service in tokyo. ironically, one of the few pieces i've bought so far was something from gip store; i've been a huge fan of wtaps for years and was kinda surprised and disappointed to find how useless/rude the staff were. my only negative experience in 3 tokyo trips thus far.

I had the exact same experience, I literally had to convince the dude that I wanted a size 2 and not 3 and getting the actual piece of clothing from the back seemed to be the toughest and most annoying thing he ever did, by the looks of his attitude. Honestly contemplated leaving without buying the service was that shit back then, especially since I'd spend all day shopping around Harajuku/Aoyama/Shibuya and it was the only place where I had that experience. 

It's in Loftman Coop Kyoto, on Teramachi dori. Can't really miss it if you walk into Teramachi from Shijo dori, there's like 3 different Loftman and Coop shops in a row there. 

Sizing is vastly different depending on where (Japan/ Asian/America/Europa) you buy it in my experience. I've bought L's in Japan for basic white shirts, and S in America..

Man.. That lazy S, would kill for a pair. I owned the red box one, liked the little splash of paint detail but couldn't get on with the 0001 fit so sadly had to sell it.

If sightseeing is what you're after then you'll basically be done in Osaka in a day anyway, but regardless of that yes Nara is worth the trip. The combination of the deer, the temple on the mountain and the Buddha statue is simply great. Hell, I've seen it 10 times by now and I still keep on going back.

Page 710 seems like a good time to post my new S710's as well. Got lucky and picked up a pair of Lot 10 710's for a steal price, fit is much better than I expected, turned out a lot slimmer (which I what I was hoping for). Had to get them hemmed as L36 meant about 3 big turnups, but I didn't lose as much of the taper as I anticipated. Overall very happy with these.

Skull 5010xx, worn for 10 months and washed 3 times. 

The LXVI release seems perfect for those who were trying to customize the Sk8 Hi's. No foxing stripe so just a matter of coloring in the stitching.

I like most things about them, but that ankle high sock throws it off for me. 

I wear through the crotch of a new pair in 6-9 months and I'm a guy.. It also depends heavily on the type of activity you engage in. 12 months doesn't seem that bad to me tbh. 

Nice bigsugar, yours seem to be holding up better than mine in terms of damage and repairs. Hope you're enjoying maastricht, and more importantly delicious vlaai! Haha.

This might have beem asked before but I've had my eyes set on a pair of 555's for a while now, and after checking some charts on the iron heart site and blue in green to compare them to my favorite pair of jeans fit wise, the Skull 5010's, I'm still a bit worried about the smaller thigh measurements on the 555's, whixch are a bit tighter. Does anyone have experience with that that could possible give some input on the matter? Much appreciated.
