1) I am judgmental. Not proud of it, but I am -- both of myself and others. I wish I were less so.

2) I am ridiculously impatient. Both with myself and others. I wish I were less so.

3) I wish I enjoyed seafood because it's so good for you. Reality is, anything from the sea including kelp makes me physically ill. I believe it's heredity because family members share the same defect.

4) I wish I were more frugal. It's ironic that I spend time on SuFu where frugality isn't really the name of the game, but there's a way to be a SuFuer and still be frugal...just ask dkatz.

5) I wish I weren't so neurotic. I'm neurotic as hell...I worry a lot, even when there's little reason for it. Andrew Grove (founder of Intel) wrote a book "Only the Paranoid Survive" -- I feel as if he wrote that book for me.

Nothing can compare to persevering through much heartache and struggle -- to finally conquer a TREMENDOUS physical or intellectual challenge -- this state is pure euphoria to me.

1) That feeling when you've hurt or offended someone that you love (family, usually).

2) That feeling of failure -- your own failure -- when you've expended great effort but still failed anyway.

Wow. I'm intrigued by commview for wifi. I'm not sure if others are, but I certainly am (I'm a geek). Was this commview for wifi post essentially spam ? It sure seems like it, though I'm still fascinated by the tool's power.

But here's my list of things I cannot live without:

1) Morning Cup of Coffee

2) Healthy food which includes meat, veggies, fruits, carbs and NO FISH or seafood

3) Couple pair of jawns

4) A handful of Tees

5) Warm waterproof jacket for cold, wet weather

6) Comfortable Gore-tex trail hikers for all seasons

7) My laptop running Ubuntu Linux + Internet access

8) A DSLR with versatile lens

Well, I used to live in Oakland, CA but since January 1st of 2011

I've lived in the Sacramento area -- I moved for a great job and

I don't regret the decision.

There's no comparison really (Oakland far surpasses as a city)

but I'm so busy with my job and extra-curricular hobbies

that it matters little to me where I live.

I'm a firm believer that happiness really is a state of mind...

This weekend my Mum visited me from The Bay Area and today we

did lunch at North Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe is just about an hour and

a half drive from the Sacramento area, which is a blessing.

Sign is respected during Winter-Time of course...

These birds look pretty chill here at the Lake Tahoe dam (outlet)

but just wait...

They get very agitated and squawk hysterically when the dam

currents get close...It was hilarious, the cycle would repeat every few minutes...chill then squawk, chill then squawk...

Some young, pretty folks having a great time...I told them that

I was young and pretty at one time too, to which they replied --

you still are !

Mum, me and Lacy by the Lake Tahoe outlet...Mum is my

best friend in the universe. There's nothing like a Mother-Daughter

bond...I wouldn't be where or who I am today without Mum's

meticulous upbringing...

Mum and I grabbed lunch on the main drag...forget what the

place was called. No food porn though...sorry. I like to tuck my

expensive camera stuff away when food and drinks are abound...I'm a

total klutz, as is my Mum...it runs in the family. I had an Angus Beef

Burger and Mum had soup and salad.
