perfect fit mate , like the look of the shirt/coverall as well

Thanks Flash, It's one of my Tender overshirts in case you or anyone was wondering.

  2. First off. I am truly sorry about the shit photos. My phone is all I have. So keep in mind that all I was looking to show was the fit and no more. The second set of photos are my 800s of the same size, for comparison. The top block is a HIGH rise, to the belly button, with more room than the 800 but the taper feels similar. I will hem them soon.

  3. Okay I am well impressed. Payment sent Monday, jeans arrived today. Japan to Seattle.

They are very neppy and it must have been one hell of a one wash because the leg twist is already 1-2 inches from being square at the front. I'm throwing them in a hot wash right now and will see if I can get some fit pics later. The prelim fit looks like just a bit roomier than my 800 of the same size.

  4. Man, I have been wanting a true WWII jean for many years but have never seen something that hits all the buttons. The first glance blandness of the outward details with the unfinished seams and aged leather patch with warehouse denim... even the slimmer cut. These are definitely shaping up to be my favorite jeans ever. I already got my reservation confirmation.

  5. I bought their 40's chore coat last year and love it. Great old denim feel with details to match. Actually just pulled it out of the closet yesterday.

So... wow... I am honestly blown away. I decided to go with the Orslow 40s chore coat (coverall). I had read some great things about their denim but really couldn't find much about them or much of their clothing. I REALLY wasn't prepared for how gorgeous this coat is.

The denim is a rich blue (darker than above) with an unbleached weft, very rough, hairy and irregular.

the details are beautiful, bartacked pockets, chainstitch runoff and aged laurel buttons.

and the puckering is already unreal. This is going to age so beautifully. I am seriously impressed.

I don't know why there isn't more info about this brand around.

  6. I went tts, it's stretched enough that I need to wear a belt. But I also need a belt because the shitty sewn on buttons fall off way to easily. So currently missing the main button, and top fly button. Love the fit, denim is really nothing exciting, yet, and the construction is isn't what I know from SDA. Overall wish I got a pair of 1001 instead

Thats what I ended up doing.

With the way you wear jeans, I am not surprised the buttons don't last long.
