  1. when i "watch shoes out of boredom" it's really just me downloading the ep and watching the first 30 seconds then skipping through the rest in less than 30 seconds. anyone else do this? its stupid but i guess it entertains me for a minute

  2. he is definately a beast, i would never argue that, i think if lebron wasn't in the league he'd get a lot more coverage as hes kinda a lebron without the defensive side. oh..and assists lol.

  3. I watched the first season of white collar after i watched the first of suits, there is a huge gap. dunno why but white collar is just boring, i find it hard to sit through most of the episodes. does it get better? i like bomer and moz but the rest of the characters are pretty shit.

  4. do intervals?

honestly they're fairly simple, there is a lot of formatting and stuff you can look over but i would do one "short" and one "long" set a week. really it depends what kind of distance you want to get faster at... (200 as short and 400 as long) normally i just go to an oval and make it up.

    is a good read.

Vary the ratio's of rest time, laps on/off etc.

I'd also advocate once a week doing a short 1-2k run barefoot on an oval or something, it's good for your technique and builds calf strength, both will make you faster.

  5. i just don't see lin ever being as good as he was in that stretch of games again. dunno why, just seemed like one of those sporting miracles. not to mention amare and melo will fuck up everything again.

  6. (photos don't do this justice, ill try to get some good ones up soon)

I love this bag and print but i just don't use it, it sits on my door. 9/10 Condition, no scratches, everything works, one of the most comfortable messenger bag's i've ever used. Has a big zip pocket with a smaller pocket inside as well as a flap pocket compartment with two opaque pouches (seen in picture. Buckles are strong and it has a chest strap to prevent movement when on your back. Pictures don't do the print justice. 300+postage.d7aee4f3_bag1.jpeg
