sup man
i was just joking with you, i'm not actually gay despite my fondness for homosexual banter and 'locker-room-slap-on-the-ass' camaraderie, although more of a verbal variety rather than literal.

it's a good vibe when you touch down at chek lap kok
downhill from there
only reason i'm here is because blood thicker than water (TRIZZY TRIZZY WHAAAAT)
if you here to capitalize on the need for english education, my suggestion is skip shanghai and beijing altogether those markets are already saturated with people who been planted there for years waiting for this moment. Start targetting the 2nd/3rd tier cities on the rise like Qingdao, Chungqing etc. where expats are setting up HQs for MNCs and international schools are starting to boom like the capitals. Set up a tutoring center there w/ good gimmick, bam you're in.

Nothing ever fits me very well.
nothing fits me, period.
to quote a literary cliche, "rock and roll. deal with it"
anti fashion = the new fashion

Welcome to the Dark Side, along with myself, demonito, and who else is on that red light poontang one room apartment tip...

heh if seoul's gettin you down
steer well clear of my direction, my friend.
you may enjoy shanghai, it's a bit sketchy but the atmosphere and people in general are more buoyant. lots of expats i hear from apparently like Shanghai quite a bit, esp over HK. Beijing is also supposed to be pretty cool, more laid back and less city-slicker hustler than SH

yeah those are the best Margiela sneakers in a long long long time, probably the best variation of that design he's played with. i'd go as far to say they trump the DH VOTC originals when it comes to a high-fashion interpretation of that
tryin to stay away from purchasing any more sneakers, but those look very good.

yeah man
they bring these blonde girls in overalls, carried in arm, barefoot
they put them down on haystacks, feed them a mysterious "pill"
then they FUCK em.
try it, they're fun. warning though, once you go farm, can't go back out the barn.

better than Blackberry
i have handled a blackberry
sucks
not only is it played, but something about the whole machine just doesn't flow with my fingers. Nokia E71 is like The New Testament in the form of a mobile phone.

seriously lmao
the smoking WAYWT photo is hazardous, murky waters...many attempt, many sink into oblivion.

hahahhahahahhaha whoever is stalking jeep should buy him a slice of 'za to break the ice.
nah but seriously, that shit sounds like it would be a pretty creepy/disturbing experience.
All the more highlighted by the fact the stalker isn't some pervy bum, but rather a kid decked out in 4 figure sneakers that makes it disconcerting.

agreed (w/ NESK)

yes no need to apologize
perhaps my message had more bite in its textual tone than intended
nothing personal, just differing viewpoints. i have great respect for the history of denim in its more authentic and original state, although it is not a genre i have ever delved too deeply in. Just not very much of a purist in regards to raw/pre-distressed.

this is good, Rick's tailoring has come into a strong voice of its own and blends naturally to his more languid side. It's becoming increasingly architectural. A stronger statement than Gareth's this season.

i just realized the shit i've been wearing all day and probably today and tomorrow as well is more or less the exact same outfit i wore as a young kid taking photos with my grandfather, posing next to buildings and statues and shit in Guangzhou, visiting my elder cousin, dude was still living in San Francisco at the time and I got my first glimpse of the Playboy Channel as a 10 year old...and right now we are at precisely the hour i was born 25 years ago. Damn it went by in a blink, here's to makin it to 50 Cent.

co-sign on Guelph being the pits
went there for Badminton meet in HS...the whole place smelled of manure, like literally every fucking where in that town.
afterwards we went to a Wendy's, that shit was the rock bottom too

earlier yohji stuff, later yohji stuff, it is practically interchangeable except in the most minute of details (showpieces excluded)
he makes clothes that last a lifetime and handed down generations and it looks completely in sync with whatever 'now' is, even though obviously distinct from whatever else is the buzz at the moment. Where his genius lies.
Then again, easier to do when you work with a pretty accessible (ie mostly black/white) palette.
it's how he works the proportions that transcends his work to a realm of its own

timeless look. my favorite outfits have always been the uniform-like ones, appropriate for any occasion.

yeah
this is one of the definitive collections of this decade, now that it's almost coming to a close.
I don't follow too much fashion but based on what i've seen, there i said it.

wonderful
any future Moncler collaborators take notes. Actually don't bother - this is the be all end all of down jacket, just like when Junya took Levi's and murked that shit.
inaya i don't know what you look like, but i can see you in this collection. Must be my sixth sense of styling telling me things.
Junya just took the bar and raised it to a level only Clark Kent (or Yohji) could dream of hurdling over.
