In the size 28s, I think it was the perfect fit because i wanted to get somewhat close to a slim, straight silhouette.
TTS AJ's are not "slim"! Size up one or two from those but be prepared for a much slimmer pair of jeans if you decide to go with the F310's... Even a size or two bigger than your AJ will be quite a bit slimmer throughout and esp. in the thighs.

thanks for the input! I actually ended up getting a F310 in a size 34 which ended up fitting perfect. I got them from someone who had soaked them and they didnt fit so I got a killer deal and they fit like a glove. Pics to come...

judging from your fit pics for your nudies you could probably get away wth sizing up one from those. My regular ralf fit TIGHT for the first week or two and I sized up two to get a slim/straight look without being skin tight. Ill have those pics up hopefully later tonight and I'm 6'2" about 185, a giant compared to most people on here! I'm not sure what my natural waist is but measured a couple inches below my belly button I'd say its about 34/35" or so...

just received my F310's in the mail today! I sized up two from my nudie RR and one up from my Duke and the fit is spot on (they had already been soaked by the first owner). Fit picks to come after work.

half of me absolutely loves these, the other half thinks they're the ugliest shoes, ever.
they're being offered to me for $250.
Listen to your smarter half and just say no!

I'm looking to buy a pair of F380's and was originally planning on buying a 33 (true waist). I wear a 33 in Imperial Duke but they are extremely tight and I'd like this pair to be a little looser in the thigh so I can move around, thus the F380. I found a pair for sale for a decent price but they are a 34, and I was wonding if those will be too loose for my liking...
any opinions?!?

all 4 of mine were impacted and they had to chop bone and shit to get them out... 3 vicodin 10's and half a bottle of wild turkey later that evening and I didn't even remember having surgery earlier that day! The next couple days were uncomfortable at worst, no big deal.
and for everyone that hates their vicodin, send them to me...
no, really.

^as long as you can get your thighs in ok the waist should stretch out no problem...

Flathead F380 sized down one or Sammy S710?

although it is absolutely garbage...
I think the lace job is the least of his problems!

those look good, probably could have gone for a 32 though since they will probably stretch out a little... I'm trying to decide between a 32 and a 33 as well.
height/weight if you don't mind?!?

^sounds kinda like you did help yourself to that ether
I'm glad you're in a happy place though...

^yup, I said that in my next post...
just trying to get the right fit, but I think a sized down 380 is going to be the way to go.

If you feel as though they are too tight, then cuts like the Duke or 3001/310's may not be for you. They will stretch but also shrink back when you machine wash them.
Learn to love the pain.
Thanks, maybe I'd be better off with a 380 just so I don't have the same look as I do with my Dukes. Think I'd be able to size down one in a 380 from my Duke size since my problem is only in the thigh?
-eldave,
thanks for those measurements... Im fairly new to dry denim and live in the middle of nowhere so I haven't been able to try on many pairs with the exception of nudies on a recent trip to Sweden... You don't happen to know what size you'd wear in a nudie RR just so I have some comparison do you?
edit: I think the high rise on the duke is working against me too since they are almost awkward to sag since they are very tight in the hip/rise and have to be very low to be sagging because of the big rise. Perhaps a lower rise would make them look better sagged and help me out in the thigh as well

I don't think this really needed its own thread...
prepare to see RED
Did you somehow miss all the treads in superdenim with brands as the titles,
next time read a little and find what you need, also use the small questions thread, its a sticky for a reason!

I'm wanting to make a pair of 3001/310's my next pair of jeanz but I'm not sure if my thighs will allow it. I'm currently wearing a pair of Imperial Dukes in a size 33 and they are slightly loose in the waist and just slightly too tight in the thighs. I've tried to find a direct comparison between the two but my searches have come up with nothing.
Selfedge has these measurements:
Duke- 11.75" thigh for a 33 (I thought they were 12")
3001- 11.5" thigh
310- 12" thigh
(both in 33" waist)
these are pre soak so will they be slimmer than the Duke after all the shrinkage/stretching is taken into account because it seems to me like they would be but then I read people saying that the Duke was a slimmer cut...
thanks in advance for the help

I think I could take 35-40 of them before I was too tired or hurt to keep fighting...
now if they were demon-possessed, I'd be happy to take down 3-5 of em

so you knew ur outfit was bad.
funny.
but really I don't think the outfits all bad. fashion isn't quick to get everywhere, you don't see any people here dressing that well, fits aren't bad at all either, just not really the most imaginative things to wear.

you have the power to get blowjobs whilst you "waste time" on sufu.
nice...
will continue to receive blowjobs while cruising the trash until the situation escalates.
