  1. :blush2: You flatter me guys. I wear them hard but my combs are always shite and everything winds up with a real thrashed look. Wait and see, this contest will yield so many awesome pairs! Lots of clean buttery fades without all the damage.

I have to re-wash some areas before updates. I dabbed citrus goo-gone on some caked-on glue and the goo-gone didn't wash out. It's evaporated now and ready for a quick spot wash later tonight.

    ***ignaurus I love that fit.

  2. Yeah Leeacto, Sweet Tooth ended nicely. The whole future/flashback format was great. That comic was fucking beautiful -- as far as I can recall it's the only graphic story that has choked me up, a few times too. Both when Jepperd unzipped his wife's bones, and the winding down pages at the end were especially powerful stuff.

oops, meant to rep you Leeacto, not myself.

  3. Bought from Self Edge a couple of years ago. The denim is dark, smooth and fairly luxurious in its raw state - I think it's pima cotton. Also feels pretty substantial for a 14.5 ozer.

Overall, quality (overall quality!) is good, however there's a fault on one of the chainstitched hems. I'm not overly concerned as they're about a 38" inseam so I'll have them hemmed anyway.

That was a great time to buy. What size are you? I was so tempted to save the money but I wanted the fuller 36 of BiG's inventory.

Glad I jumped on them because Take 5's lot appears to have come out even roomier in the waist, which would be too much.

  4. Nice one. Those are gorgeous! Ed, if you're reading this do you still have some #0 you're willing to sell?

I know we have another deal buried in the works right now waiting to happen, but I had forgotten about those #0 until now.

  5. I never got into the genre but I want to jump in with wave 6 and earlier.

I recently finished Parasite Eve for the first time and it did what it was supposed to do as a fusion game: Got me interested in more. I was on the fence with it and it was boring as shit for a while but by day 5 or 6 it really started to sing (no pun intended).

I'm almost done with PE2 and I can see why PE fans hate it. I'm actually enjoying it quite a bit but it would have been epic if Square had done it as a true evolution of the first game, instead of sackriding survival horror so hard. The best things they could have done would have been to preserve the original character movement instead of that Resident Evil shit, and to keep the polygon battle system. The camera angles during battles can be horrendous! The real time would work well if the camera angles were programmed to change if blocked. And yeah Aya is robust but don't hate on that, tough girls are rarely wisps anyway. Once she dumps the mom jeans for the shorts she aight.

The backgrounds are dope for psx. I love the reflection and flickering effects, and for me the backgrounds are up there with the Fear Effects.

  6. Sorry for the low-res but I figure I ought to share as they're about unwearable now.

Left Field High Slub(Kuroki). Got these 2010 and wore them through to about June 2012. 1 wash per season.

Definitely got my money's worth of wear and memories in these.

    2 years.

Insane. Are those in the gallery?

  7. Your dad's got some fine lookin' bbq, ignaurus. I'd love to try that turkey sandwich too...damn that looks tasty. As far as I know, there's only one joint in the twin cities who does the cider vinegar school of bbq really really well, Ted Cook's. Ted Cook's and Famous Dave's are the best in town imo, and it's our good luck that their styles are totally different.

Is that a Southern Pride your dad has smokin'?

  8. Nice photos! I really like the lingerie-store parrot with the pvc perch, haha.

I had to accompany my wife to work this morning and sat down on some portion bags of cabbage she had in her passenger seat. It had frozen and gone bad, so now I have cabbage ass. I need to soak -- minimum -- maybe another wash.

I also missed a good photo op. She runs a Famous Dave's and made me a 5 am brisket sandwich fresh out of the smoker, all barky chunks. It's an interesting business she's in and I should have grabbed some pics.

  9. As far as I recall, most of his body was solid brown. We did sell him probably not too long after this pic was taken, so I couldn't say how he developed.

I always hated having to sell the basset litter. Four to six tiny hounds crawling around is about the cutest shit I've ever seen.

    Yes, that's probably euphorically cute.

  10. hoggreaser, O-Y will adjust the pocket spacing off the center to whatever you want. Just be sure to discuss it with them. They've done it for me on two pairs now.

My 4403 pics are dead. I'll reupload them soon. The fabric does age very nicely, but if you like contrast it is tough to break! Are Ryo and Hiro telling you people can finally get some 44?

  11. Yeah I'd also like to see some 5000s.

noobedloser, I think you're s.o.l. on the rust so don't worry about it too much. It's the reason I hate red carpenter's chalk. Any ferrous elements that oxidize on the fabric are pretty much permanent.

Those jeans are gorgeous anyway, don't sweat it.

  12. Wow Layne, that's a great looking little basset. Did he have white spots or is that big brown swath all solid?

I have to grab some new photos of Manolo. He's such a fucking champ after a year. It's so rewarding to watch the dog in him come out. He's still got some minor fear issues, and I don't think his rear legs will ever be quite right, but I'd say he's on official real-dog status now.

This is random...not my dog, just found it on the webz, wtf haha

  13. CONUS is free shipping.

AK, HI, and Canada will require a few more bucks.

No other international shipping, just go an e-store, it would make more sense.

Pics tell the tale! Very nice boots, brand new with superficial scuffs from the box and some marks from lacing them up. I tried them on the store, and they have been stored ever since I bought them. There is an ebay listing at my price but not with this size. So there is still a savings to be had here.

    $175 shipped CONUS

PM for details. These will be simultaneously listed on ebay within a few hours for a slightly higher cost.
