  1. While digging through my B list/unshrunk raws waiting for phasing in denim draw this morning I came across a pair of Kee denim jeans I bought some time back on a whim and only wore a few times. They're actually quite a nice jean with some very unusual detailing but I know next to nothing about the company.

Are they still going? did they have a good range of models?

    who?

    where?

    what?

    why?

    When?

    Anyone got any info?

  2. This thread is proper good old fashioned hardcore denim porn. Keep it coming (pun not intended)

Got any more pics of that A2 you were wearing much earlier in the thread? It looked stunning.

Damn shame we have nothing of this quality in the UK anymore. I could seriously spend hours in your shop (but unfortunately not much money!)

  3. This may well be better suited to small questions, but as it's regarding a pair of LVC's I thought i'd post here aswell...

Right- here's a good one. I've been breaking in a pair of raw LVC 47's for the past 4-5 months. I wear a 33 waist. These were a 34 but actually measured 33 in their raw state so I shrunk them whilst wearing them in a hot bath. They fit nicely but I woudn't want them getting any tighter!

The intention was to sit in the bath with them in a couple months time with perhaps a tiny bit of soap to loosen any dirt. HOWEVER, last night i had the pleasure of being vomited (more of a splash back than a direct hit) over by my 6 year old so i'm pretty much either going to have to give them a good wash, or stink of puke.

Question is, will sitting in the bath again with perhaps a bit more soap than previously considered and very gently rubbing (the jeans) be enough. I'm a bit worried about washing them without wearing them as my concern is that they'll shrink too much in the waist and i'll not be able to get them on again. any advice?

I'm UK based. What soap/detergent would anyone suggest.

    Ta.

  5. They are quite possibly american, but the UK definitely is conducive to people who dress like that. They try to copy american styles and a lot of the time it just looks off or artificial, which makes a stupid looking outfit even worse.

Yeah, i guess we've also got people over here that dress like that, badly. it's just that we call 'em Clowns.

    :D

    Anyway- enough chain yanking...:P

  6. My friends accept it as part of what and who I am. It's what makes me (in my opinion) stand out from the masses. The devils in the detail.

The rest of them can fuck off for all I care.

  7. Hi,

Just checking if there's any interest on here for this. If not- goes on Ebay.

Vivienne Westwood designed sweater produced 2 years ago for the John Smedley centenary. Navy with pink/camel hoops. extra deep cuffs and waistband. 100% pure new wool. worn once. Medium. Those who know of John Smedley will be aware of the quality. Extra-fine weave. A stunning piece of limited edition knitwear now virtually impossible to get hold of.

    Pit to pit: 21 inch

    Collar to hem: 28"

    pit to cuff: 19"

  8. Yeah, What everyone else said.

No cheap denim and a bit low on shops. Couple of little boutique shops I found in the old street area stocking PRPS, Edwins, lee's & the japanese raw Carhartts. Can't remember what thy were called tho'

Selfridges did have some raw LVC '55's at £55 recently in the sale, but they'll be long gone by now.

Dex Star- Cinch is in Newburgh Street which runs parallell to Carnaby Street. A very little shop staffed by people who know next to nothing about the products they stock. There is also a Lee store on carnaby street which carries their vintage range
