those prices aren't "too good to be true" that's how much supreme hats usually cost.

February - Today
0 washes
0 soaks
DCP!
that's crazy shit for four months. i'd be more inclined to think you meant february 06. i've always heard skulls are a bastard to wear out.

are these the new kings? for some reason they looked flared or is that just me?
nope, those are the new dukes. i too think the back pockets still look a little off. too boxy i guess.

in case anyone wanted to see the new back pocket sizing & leather patch (pictures from brentos) :

Good to hear. Hope the size will turn out nice in the end. Let us know when you've got them
it's going to be a while unfortunately! i'm buying a pair for the 5010xx 6x6 contest over at mynudies.com, doesn't start until september. however with the nature of the contest expect LOTS of wear pictures coming from all directions around that time
So wait, Skulls are sanforized, but offered in raw or one-wash? What would be the point of one-wash here?the one wash start out a bit smaller (more true to size) and are a more vibrant blue out of the box. a great comparison shot:
for example the 5010xx 6x6 measure as follows: one wash 30 is approx. 30.5", whereas the raw 30 is approx. 31.75"

Thanks! I bought them in size 31. I'm about 1.79 m and 67 kg. This is the one wash version and they are pretty tight in the waist right now. I'm sure it'll be ok since they are not uncomfortably tight
excellent, thank you. after just a bit of guesswork, that answers all of my questions about how the fit will work for me.

nudie even steven organic dry 29x34 -- noticed there were no even steven fits, so here you go. 29x34, sized down ~2... 6'2 around 160-165 lbs at the time. in three months they have stretched a negligible amount into a great fit, but still pretty "carroty." pictures were taken at 2 or 3 days old.
(note these were worn above the hips on my waist -- they tend to look better worn on the hips or slightly below; your mileage may vary)

my point is, of course I realise I can do it anyway I want, i was asking for help, if you have no experience of doing this, or nothing to add, dont bother posting.
i think the both of us were just trying to say the same thing -- back pocket stitching is a very simple touch-up job; about as easy as it gets when it comes to pant repair. i have no idea why you are being so brash. regardless of whether or not you use a machine, rest assured that it is an easy process.

what contest u talking abt if u dont mind me askin?
its hard to pull the trigger on the 19cms and hare stuff is well fitted and affordable
i believe it's put together by the members of mynudies.com. i don't know if it's cool to directly link to the thread, but if you check out their forums under the "anything" subforum you'll find it. in a nutshell, it's a one-year long wear contest for the 5010xx 6x6 that begins in september. each pair is hand-numbered and named by shinichi from skull, pretty cool stuff.

the first couple of thursday albums
bright eyes
tears for fears
i'm going to go ahead and be a hypocrite by saying thursday and bright eyes are both awful. tears for fears though, pretty great.

Thanks for your worthless opinion, I was actually looking for some technical advice on repairing them, such as what stiching, would be best, is it a machine job or can it be done by hand? Has anyone else done this?
he was completely right in his reply, you can repair this anyway you want, and can be done by hand, even if you don't know how to sew. pick a thread color of your choice and go for it.

pictures of 5010xx 6x6
great fit! what size did you buy? i ask because we appear to have a similar build. i'm 6'2 155lbs. and was probably going to go with a 30.

fuck everyones opinions and listen to what you want to listen to
i was going to post the exact same thing but you beat me to it so instead i will just quote what you said
fuck everyones opinions and listen to what you want to listen tothere will always be someone, somewhere that has something to say about your taste in music. you can either waste your time giving a shit or just listen to stuff that sounds good to you.

5. Doom - Human Noise
malice mizer! merveilles definitely belongs on my list as well.

in no particular order:
1. Malice Mizer - Merveilles
2. Grade - Headfirst Straight to Hell
3. Guns n' Roses - Appetite for Destruction
4. Kool Keith - Sex Style

3 months pictures in my blog.
starting to look pretty great.
anyone else in on the 5010xx 6x6 contest here? i've been signed up for a couple of months now, but it doesn't begin until september. additionally, the special website for ordering is still not up. anyone know when we'll be good to go? still excited about trying these out.

a 31 new standard measures around 33" brand new, whereas these jeans run a bit small (probably around 30"), so i wouldn't recommend it. great deal on these limited jeans though. i'd be all over it but i just can't afford to spend that much right now.

I saw a brainburger t, but it was listed for $50, which is hilariously overpriced.
that sounds about right

Hello,
Yes, I would say that these are done stretching. They have not been washed or soaked.
okay, gotcha; thanks for the info -- just curious. i actually can't afford to pick them up right now since i need to buy new tires ASAP, but here's a bump

i'm about to order a pair of 5010xx 6x6 raw... how should i be sizing these damn things? reading through the thread just gives me a headache. unfortunately i have to get this right in one go... no returns!
to make a long story short, the raw 30 would fit great out of the box, yet an inch too small in the waist after a soak. the raw 31 would be too big out of the box, yet fit great after a soak. which one should i go for here? do the 6x6 even stretch much at all?
