RRLs are insanely colorfast, those could definitely have been worn everyday or almost everyday for 11 months IME...

bought them last may and worn them beginning of july, so appx 8 months

about 5 days a week, the color didnt really fade as much as i expected, maybe because when i bought them, it was one wash, but for $20, i dont care...

If you are willing to pay the price, i will go to allen edmond store and let them recraft and resole the whole shoe for you.

if you want to go the cheap way, you can saddle soap the shoe so the dirt or polish can be remove abit. Then apply leather conditioner and apply shoe cream to it. Also, add a shoe tree so the shoe back to shape again. The sole, you have to resole them.

Also, does the D width actually means the whole construction of the boot is narrower than the C width? In another word....slimmer or skinnier
