  1. It's quite a bit looser. Samurais are more like a classic cut also...

    Don't know about this....

My S5000VX's fit very similar to my new standards only without the tapered leg. My Samurai's are definately not a classic fit, but slim without the anti-fit ass. I would say Sugarcanes are more classic cut, not samurai.

Check out how they fit in the "how do jeans fit" thread...

  2. braidkid, those fit you awesome man. just a tiny bit tighter around the thighs than mine. you'll love those, man. i'm sitting here wearing mine and seeing those on you gets me all excited about them as if i don't have them myself

I know, i absolutely love them. I'm afraid they may be just a tad too large. I've soaked them 3 times now to get all the shrinkage done and they feel fine but I'm afraid how they'll be after a few months of wear. I probably could have done size 28 which means these run similar to APC NS's in terms of sizing. If only I had a bigger ass...

  3. Actually, i just picked this up from Blackbird in Seattle. I got the black one. This is my first chain wallet so i have mixed feelings about it. The leather itself seems to be very nice. My only gripe is the wallet itself is rather large and fills my entire back pocket. Other than that, it seems to be of very good quality and not bad for $120.

  4. Those dont look that bad to me. I would wet the legs again and pull on them. You might get half an inch by doing this.

Also, as others have suggested, they will sit lower on your hips after wearing them for a while. I really think you'll end up ok.

  5. you probably won't get a lot of answers with such an open ended question. It will take a lot of searching and reading on this forum to find your answers.

That said, I would suggest any of the Levis repro or LVC (Levis' Vintage Line) jeans. Most of these are a bit fuller cut and fit relaxed in the butt. If you want Japanese, look into Sugarcane, possibly the 1947 model. There are many other options but the SC47 is the only one I own that is fuller cut and sounds like it would suit you.

  6. Oh my gosh, i completely missed this thread....

Well, Bra!d obviously had an impact on my life as well as Sunny Day and Mineral....jeez, so many to mention....jawbox, texas is the reason, jets to brazil, christie front drive, boys life, PR, american football, rainer maria, etc.....I can't believe so many people on this board listen to the same stuff.
