  1. Brett is always in a hoodie from what I hear and I picked one up last year. It's all black (felted fleece like on the inside), kind of thin and witha slouchy fit with big hood. I'm normally a L but the medium fit much better. Also has a black and silver toothed riri on it with inside flap pockets and snap button closures. Probably my fav hoodie but it's not warm.

  2. Depends if the shirts are the slim ones with darts or standard fare. All of mine are the darted variety and I'm normally a L in everything but BoO slim is a size smaller than marked. In the standard BoO shirts I am a L.

If you're going for the slim ones you will need a L from the sound of it.

  3. It's obviously an exaggeration but there has definitely been an increased prominence of the two over the months if you're a regular here. I've also seen lots of people with dior shoes, button ups, polos in the waywt thread if not in here so to say that would be incorrect.

  4. I agree and in all fairness everyone's buys are so different since he makes so much. The reason I have been impressed because I've seen some of his nicer shit but the pricing is odd, 500 for super dope line 10 pants that were lined. I swore they were 14 before I picked them up however. I'm picking up a black/ash heather v neck for fall, a jacquard knit beanie, satin/wool scarf and maybe those pants because there is no substitute for those that I've seen, he's done it best.

  5. since diesel i think it's crazy $$ for whatever quality...only 75% off for me.

I think the quality is great. What in your opinion is of higher quality in the same range that you would spend money on? I don't usually pay retail for anything unless it is something very special.

heh yeah but the shirts cost $300+ instead of $120 and most of that shit is made in china, macedonia, romania...makes branquinho seem like a bargain.

Of course it's going to cost more, not really rocket science there. I'm fine with europe and yes vb is pricey but I don't mind dropping chips on her stuff. It does add up quick, especially the A line knits.

  6. i don't believe you and i don't care. it appears that you don't have a problem with chinese buffets, but just with chinese factories.

Oh I'm sure you care and will find out soon enough for yourself my lady-figure like little friend.

  7. wow i can tell you're a real raf simons/ann d connoisseur! your statement about distinguishing the difference between a made in china vs. a made in belgium raf simons piece is vacuous because i'm pretty sure raf simons is not even produced in china. i'm sure that annd herself has the final veto over the quality coming out of her chinese factories.

btw does ann d make mediums?

Cute, but a cream colored v neck that I saw at Barneys from spring was made in china so I didn't buy it and so there goes that argument. Maybe Barneys is selling bootleg raf simons I don't know whatch you think boss? Don't speculate, doesn't make you appear very knowledgable.

  8. you can't generalize an entire country's standards of production. i'm sure some factories have better qc than others. while some european factories maybe inferior to that of some in asia.

I implied they are not known for their output quality.

I could tell a made in china raf simons sweater vs a made in belgium sweater but hey that's just me. I'd never pay 600 for an ann knit made in china then again hey that's just me. You guys are free to do what you want, I'm going to argue re: this topic in this thread.

  9. careful of raf and MMM if you want quality clothing, it's a little lacking esp in the basics. a line isn't doing all the raf manufacturing anymore, lots in romania, etc. and MMM you know is owned by diesel now...

Ya I know, but they've owned part of mmm for 5-6 years now and the quality hasn't waned. RS quality has never been stellar but most of the time better than apc.
