The store's alright, something to brag to your friends about and occasionally find something dope nobody else picked up. James Perse's dad owns it and specifically instructs the employees to swing from your nuts when you're there. Though they do embrace shifty business practices as outlines by Sir Casius, I find they have something for everyone and the design of the store has so much character. Much more so than Atelier where I was somewhat disappointed after envisioning something along the lines of Maxfield. I like the diversity in the lines they carry and it's not so narrow focus personally but I've only bought a scarf there myself.

When I saw the woven ones at bh, it immediately turned me off for some reason and they were availabe forever since they didn't sell well it seemed. I almost got the polished calf jils but I wanted a hard sole instead of rubber. I may get them once they hit sale time and I'm still on my eternal quest for some lanvin lace-ups.

I tried the fingerless gloves and they didn't fit my hands that well and they only come one size so if you have gorilla hands you're good. The leather is at least nice on them and the wristband is a nice touch, 145.

Checked this shit out today at Fred Segal Man and I have to say Kane you've done a damn fine job. The line has progressed quite nicely and is nicely designed. They got in a bunch of stuff and the store went from crap to semi-decent. I'm in love with the buffalo check jacket, the L fits perfect. Oh yeah, they have the boots there in both black and brown. If I didn't have my carpes I'd get them they're fucking dope. Talk to my man Alex, the little dude with the buzz cut. I think he said they're gettting a few more things in as well.
