I have to agree this element of this bag dose not work strictly seamlessly and is a little tricky,I'm sure they will iron those elements out though in future

its pretty tricky it took me about 15 mins of messing about to get it right and it feels very snug, you have to detatch the strap at one end and then loop it through the handles of which you would have your right arm through,if that makes sense

as rhett said a good cobbler can do it,thats the purpose of the construction so it can be done easily the only issue is the cobbler having the right sole in stock but its not like vibram is some obscure sole brand so its only really a case of ordering a model in if its not on stock at your cobbler.
