aside from the mocking comment (and possibly other bad servicing), the 20 min wait time is just an estimate. sometimes it can be difficult guessing even with years of experience. after all the maitre d did come down to warn you there will be a wait time, usually a clue to get you to think about dining somewhere else.

might wait on that. It will go down in price in the next couple of months as it's speculated that canon is replacing it with a newer entry level full frame.

too late, already made the order. ah well, if the new one fits my needs better then i'll just cop the lost and replace it with that.

have any specs been leaked? ultimately i would love to have full frame in the size of the xxxD bodies.

thinking of buying a 5d2. anyone want to comment on the banding and focusing issues? with the 5dclassic, do you guys have second thoughts when using upto 6400iso? i shoot raw only.

i wear S in both +J and regular uniqlo in japan sizing except for the +J button collared shirts. they fit a little smaller so i go with M for those.

on a different note, i recently bought some slim fit uniqlo shirts in S and they fit really slim. armholes are alot higher as well.

wtf they got sold so quickly? i had these up for sale for like 2 weeks with no interest lol. anyway whoever got them will be a happy chap. the attention to details in these boots are insane.

looks good man, does the contrast stitching look obvious on the outside? i actually love the off-black (like a dark dark turquoise) colour of overdyeing stuff black over a pure black shade

the seams arn't too noticeable, but the button holes are a little. it's one of those things where you think everyone will notice it but in reality will brush right through.

for those who were interested (lotek?) in how my dye job went, heres the result. i used two packs of dylon hand dyes and followed the instructions listed on their website. turned out pretty well. the original colour is similar to the threads.

i think the 5% poly is for the threads which i'm not too worried about. the pants are pretty thick. i was actually thinking of using 4 packets lol.

what are other well know dyeing brands? specifically ones that are super black?

nah drkshdw doesn't cut it. its super black or in the bin .

any of you guys know much about fabric dyeing? i want to dye a pair of pants from olive to super pitch black. thinking of buying dylon hand dyes. pants are 95% cotton 5% poly i think. tips would be great.
