are you sure? because she actually has a pair in 30/36 (which is not raw but washed) which is too small. that's why she's looking for a 31/36.

anyways, 31/34 would also do, but L36 is preferred...

It usually ranges between a 32 and 34 waist:

Lee 101B: 32

Full Count: 32

Samurai: 33

Nudie Straight Sven: 33

Ironheart: 34

most Levi's: 33 (but also had some that were 32)
