  1. If you're between S and M you should be fine with S.

The 19% is VAT. If you are located within the EU, it will be added - if you are outside of Europe, usually you only pay the net amount. It depends on the retailer though - some offer VAT-free shopping, others don't. Not sure how Acronym handle it.

@dubwise Yeah I am usually a S or M. So I'd get the small, and i don't mind if it's slightly big because I can wear a jumper underneath, I want to anyway. Do you know how payment works too on ACRONYM, because I went to check out, had 780 euros, when would I have to pay the extra 19%. Cheers

  2. Just bear in mind that the J34 fits a bit loose if not big. I am usually a true size Large and had to size down 1 in the J34. I am wearing a medium in the J34 and it still fits generously. However I think this only applies to the Bundeswehr block fit on which the J34 is based. I have another jacket from Acronym for example which is a Large and I think most of the times their stuff runs true to size.

  3. thanks for the heads-up - I'm 6'2 and looks like they would be too short on me as well

Only I was wondering if there was any news on Stahl Corporation formerly known as Living Mutants, was sitting patiently for release news but radio silence is rather worrying.

They were presenting at Capsule in Paris last summer - but haven't been seen or heard of since then.

  7. What's your budget? For three-season versatility not much beats a merino sweater/arc'teryx atom lt coreloft midlayer/arc'teryx goretexshell trifecta of adaptable awesomeness.

Thanks, looks like it's the option that makes most sense. Do you know if the Arc'tery insulation is interconnectable with their shells? Corporate website doesn't give much info

  8. Howabout a good top shell with perhaps a insulator under, choose from the selection of outers mentioned on these pages but perhaps insulate yourelf with something really good under - something light, and warm.

I've considered that as well, however would prefer something that can be connected, zipped in or sth like that, so I can wear it as one piece or separately. Shadow Project offers insulation layers that can be fixed with buttons, but I don't like how the front cannot be fixed to the jackets. Cheers for the tip on the Ghost Whisperer, might check that out.

  9. Urbantech aficionados, need your expertise...!

Temperature is dropping, winter is coming. As winters are very cold, where I am, I need some warm, longer jacket or coat. Down, primaloft or sth comparable would work nicely. Any recommendations under the aspects of "urban techwear aesthetics"??

    cheers!

  10. Not sure if this is the right thread - forgive me if it's not.... but I am searching high and low for the catch pocket tee from the Stone Island Shadow SS13 line - in size XL, navy or black. It seems to be sold out anywhere in that size. I checked most of the usual suspects of online stores, but no luck. Any idea where to still find one?
