Dude im glad someone from here won the competition and i dont want to be rude but i dont understand why they picked your design to win. They knew they couldnt use your design for sale (Though i cant see why they dint paint just your own one with the design and the rest for sale with the design they made up), but also because its the half lazy s half no.2 design on different denim (of course with the evisu golf inspired logo.)
Either way congratulations on winning the jeans.

I would say sell them even after a really hot wash and what not i expect them to get back to close to original size with wear.

Anyone got theirs back yet? I still have to send mine but i havent had a reply to any Pms.

I haven't worn the Lazy S jeans for a good three months, as per my previous comments...
And no Chambo, been working all day and off to see a man about a tattoo right now...dunno what I'd like to do, design-wise, anyhow...might have a think about it this evening...
No i havent done a design either i only found out about it today. It always seems i find out about stuff really late.

Notice the fake S501 Patch. If those were on better looking fake denim these would pass for genuine ones! Keep an eye out when buying vintage evis!

Cant seem to wear anything other than my lot2000's. Got to get them fixed up and then i think ill leave them for a while and start on something else.

Likewise!!
Have you thought about approaching shops like Interstate or American Classics? I also reckon Albam would be work a nudge. Their jeans are fairly decent, but would REALLY benefit from a nicely chainstitched hem.
I also think Evisu would be interested as the store originally wanted to have a machine but werent able to source a machine and a person to actually provide the service.

Is there modern day machines that can do chainstitching?? and where do u buy one? (sorry this is really noob)
There is a thread on this already i think the end result was there is but the results aren't as good and that it wasnt designed to be used on such thick fabrics. I think one machine was a Janome.

These sold or not?

Signed!!!!!
Will also be a return customer as i have a at least a couple pairs. On another note mind if i come around and possibly do abit of documenting of the process/maybe a HD video of the machine working?

Im so broke its not even funny. Someone should pick those up. Watch the leg though. Too bad that he got them altered here in the UK as if it was done thorough the store in Hong Kong they would of had some amazingly nice chainstiching.
Edit:
Someone should also hit these up:

I think it did on the contrary make perfect sense at the time. Before this tour started, Evisu had no visibility on Superfuture, if only to be look down. Just look at how big the Evisu thread got following the tour, and how, when they gave away a pair of jeans (to be worn by some of the most influential posters of Superfuture at the time), people here started talking about the brand and buying their products again. I think it also coincided with them planning on opening a flagship store in New York and BiG selling the brand in the US. Their only mistake was to pretend giving away those extra jeans and not following through.
While you make some points that are fair i still dont see it. The evisu thread was already fairly big and the fact is it was always mostly about the japanese made jeans. With the tour they were advertising a pair of jeans that they wont make any significant profits on if at all and it also just adds to the idea that the premium denim is the Japanese made evisu and the international denim isn't as good.
As for BIG selling them in the US i dont think that its evisu international that supply them with the jeans and even if it is i doubt they are seeing much of a profit on those. Im also not sure why the evisu flag ship store never opened but im guessing there will be an opening now that the CEO has changed and seems to be moving everything over to the US.
