  1. (^ Call chi girl and ask her out for dinner. Then you can strut your suit. And make sure she pays for her food. )

That girl stopped returning my calls~

btw how the hell did you know about that?! haha

edit: jesse, how do the pants measure on those suits? 36, 38...? and why are they all so cheap @_@

    .

I bought a 38 and had to let out the seat about an inch. Waist was about 32". Italians must have no asses. I'm not sure why their suits get discounted so deep, but for some reason they do. I think it's just because Costume National isn't a brand-whore favorite like Gucci, Prada, etc. that will hold their high price because of the name. The quality though is very very nice. I totally recommend taking advantage of that discount.

  2. im still really really regretting not buying the APC suit on sale at Blackbird :(

btu im in a similar kind of sitaution and theres no H&M near here...but im really interested in Thick as Thieves so probably sometime within the next couple months, ill order. thank you everyoe for the info!

H&M is looking to put a store in the area! H&M or Zara would make so much money in Seattle.

    Look on Yoox.com

I ordered a Costume National suit for under $600 last week and am VERY happy with it. I'm just looking for an excuse to take it on a test strut!

  3. hahaha jesse...sorry, i was sleeping in and woke up at 2. but i wil def see you at Thread right?

haha its ok man...but now u know not to go tomorrow! I did the recon work!

I want to go to Thread but Ill most likely be in Ocean Shores drunk off my ass standing waist deep in the waves at 2am. But if not...yeah Ill totally roll up.

  4. yeh I went. Good steals on Alife shoes that my friends took advantage of. Other than that, just a lot of G-Star and similar crap. Although a good selection of Trovata and Filippa K outerwear. Other than that, skip it. Lots of girl stuff and the line was like 2 blocks long + an hour wait to get in. But I did go across the street and buy the Klaxons cd so it wasnt a total bust!

Where the fuck were you guys? I was surrounded by dudes in Diesels and Sevens...fuck.

  5. 11:00am- 5:00pm Glad I looked again...I was thinking it was at 9:00am for some reason. I'm dragging my Dieselfied brother with me. He shall see the light.

  6. Supergay meetup Saturday. I, for one, will be there.

If you like edgy brands but don't have the funds to match, check out this warehouse sale in Ballard, April 14 and 15, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Local boutiques have banded together to rid themselves of past seasons' merchandise to make room for fresh spring lines. Participating shops include Blackbird, Clover, Tweed, Encanto Barcelona, Market Street Shoes, Venue, Impulse, Re-soul and others.

What can you expect to find in the way of labels? Encanto Barcelona will have Spanish-designed clothing from Desigual, Lois Jeans, Point Virgule, MCT and Sita Murt. Uber-trendy boutique Impulse has edgy clothing from Mayle, Clu, A.P.C., Tom Scott and Earnest Sewn. Tweed offers a mixture of funky and vintage-inspired styles by Original Penguin, RVCA, Eva Franco, Ben Sherman and Liquid. And Blackbird has duds for dudes with labels such as G-Star, Alexander McQueen, April77, Trovata and Ted Baker.

Miller and company will be setting up in the Ballard Building on Northwest Market Street. Get there early for the best selection, plus coffee and pastries. Note: This sale is cash only.
