  1. dear minya. skull me.

Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk,

I'm a woman's man: no time to talk.

    Music loud and women warm.

I've been kicked around since I was born.

    And now it's all right - it's O.K. -

And you may look the other way.

We can try to understand the New York Times' effect on man.

    Whether you're a brother or whether you're a mother,

    You're stayin alive, stayin' alive.

Feel the city breakin' and ev'rybody shakin'

and we're stayin' alive, stayin' alive.

Ah, ha, ha, ha, Stayin' Alive.

  2. why not chukkas? In most cases they're exactly the same as chelseas and jodhpurs except for the closure, and I don't think the laces really adds a lot of extra bulk. But I guess the definition of chukka(ankle-high, lace-up) is pretty wide, so you could have been thinking of some bulkier shoes that were also called chukka.

    However what I was thinking of when I said chukka, and think is the model that the name comes from, is a boot like this;

It's not hard at all to find boots that work with skinny jeans, just check out Allen Edmond, Loake etc.

Yeah, that's what I had in mind with chukkas -- however, my one problem with chukkas is that since they are not cut high, they have a wide opening (to accomodate the curve of the foot/lower leg) and you can't lace them tight against the leg like you can with a taller laceup boot. I prefer boots that stay tight against the leg (elastic chelseas or tall laceups) for skinny jeans.

Other than that I love chukkas though. :)

  3. i still cant understand why someone would learn you the word "segerhuva". I had to look it up on wikipedia once again.

This is why you and me are destined to be together.. we can build a little segerhuva of our own to protect us both from the wiles of the world.
  4. Dude, I went to Yank Sing for lunch once. Not only was I relatively unimpressed (I mean, it was good, but GREAT? didn't really strike me as great), the lunch bill was $100 for 3 people. And we didn't really pig out, although we ordered a fair bit of food. Never doing that again.

  5. Or he could make all of the dills that participated in this ridiculous thread look like idiots by ignoring it.

What the fuck did you just say? Are you fucking aware of the e-consequences you're e-setting yourself up for? Do you even realize the e-pain you're about to fucking witness?

    You're so e-fucked I don't even know where to e-begin.
