does any one know a good place in San Francisco to rent bikes? preferably single speed/fixed gear bikes? I'm going to be there this weekend and would love to ride around, but I'm driving and don't have a bike rack for my bike.
thanks!

just to chime in on the J-Crew Boring-ness issue. Personally, I think it's got to be acknowledged that for a lot of guys (including myself) there is a major lack of places they can move forward to for the time being, as far as fashion is concerned. The main reason is body type. This being a denim forum first, it attracted a lot of say "normal guys", guys that might have been likely to play sports/lift weights/look like big stupid jocks for the first 7 years after they hit puberty until they found other loftier interests, I don't contribute to WAYWT because I don't have a digital camera and can't be bothered with it, but my fits are nothing special. the reason is, at 6 foot, 235 (pretty solid 235, obese, but not OBESE) i literally can't wear anything that might be considered "next level". I could be wrong, but lately I've seen kixslf starting to embrace a more curated (hate that word) look, but in the end, one can't deny that he's a pretty big dude and the sizing is sometimes off. basically, the shits just not going to look as good on his silhouette as it would on some one thinner (no offense intended, he's by no means fat, just bulkier) . the best example I can think of is Seenmy. he is one of my favorite posters. I always think he looks great, but the fact is that he is skinny as hell and really tall. he's what designers make clothes for. you could give me his wardrobe (and size up to the biggest offering xl in his brands) and i would look like an idiot. So, I am pretty much resigned to stick with the style I have (workwearish) for the time being. I know KUNK is a real big guy who wears high style stuff, but I always think that Haptronic looks great, and if I wore his clothes I would look ridiculous. dunno what I'm trying to say anymore, maybe that the limited sizing potential of "next level" shit mixed with the more normal denim-centric non-waif jockish former hypebeast demographic on sufu is preventing any progression.

hi Kiya,
I missed out on the larger sized denim jackets you had in in march. I'm going to be in San Francisco in two weeks and wondered if you might have any larger sized denim jackets. or maybe the new york store? (I'll be there this weekend) or am I completely out of luck until maybe they get made again?
thanks.

yeah. that's what I'm trying to do now. gunna give it a few weeks and if things stay the same I'll have to do something. if she doesn't first.....

yeah. the only option is to cut her off completely. you take control of the situation. if she is interested, she will contact you. if she isn't then you know. you don't need to ask her if she's interested or where things are going. cutting off communication will tell you.

I think winstons are additive free, but I'm not positive. I don't really see any cig as additive free now that they're all fsc but if you still prefer the taste go ahead. Just don't think they won't kill you as fast as reds.
what is fsc? is that the antiburning agent? If so, I called up American Spirit when that whole burning thing came out and they told me they were still natural and that the anti-burning thing was derived from seaweed. could be bullshit. yeah, I dunno, I like American Spirits, mainly because they more sum up what i want from a cigarette, which is something that allows you to take time away from other things and sit around and enjoy where you are/think about stuff. I completely understand I'm addicted to nicotine, but something about a Red or whatever that burns down in 10 seconds doesn't seem right to me. I smoke like 5-6 cigs a day but with AS that's like an hour or so where I can stare off into space or whatever. Smokes like Marlboro Lights or whatever seem to defeat my purpose of smoking,
