  1. Is the denim used on the decade jeans the same as the 30bsp? Just curious to know since they are both 15.5 oz

    Yes it is!

Anyone know if 3-16 will be offering the classic fit again. I really like their fabrics and construction but the rise is too low on virtually all the models

Unfortunately not, the CS cut has been discontinued from our line. I love it and we have a few super dedicated customers who do too, but the demand isn't there to keep it in stock sadly.

  2. There's a pretty good looking pair of 220s in the "well aged" section of the 3sixteen website: http://www.3sixteen.com/blogs/news/15707784-well-aged-sl-220x

On a semi-related note, can anybody speak to the texture of the Black Ise short sleeve workshirt? Is it fuzzy or hairy or slubby at all, or is that just an optical illusion produced by the pattern? I've got the same shirt with the indigo star fabric from last year (which is totally flat and uniform) and I'm thinking about adding this one to my warm weather lineup. It's pretty flat, the print gives the illusion that it's hairy/fuzzy. It has a similar hand to the indigo star workshirt that you've got.

  3. Anyone have experience with the heavyweight hoodies/sweaters?

I recently bought the new one (with the hand pockets), and it's pretty damn stiff. Kind of a dumb question but I imagine it'll soften up a bit with wear? Would throwing it in the wash/dryer soften it up a bit? Also hoping the pockets soften up a bit as well. They're even stiffer than the rest of the sweatshirt and poof out.

Also anyone interested in a grey one, size XL? Bought both a large and xl, and xl is too big for me. $120 shipped including paypal fees, tags still attached!

The fleece does soften up over time as you wear it, a wash would probably help bring that about more quickly. If you are concerned with shrinking, I would avoid putting it into the dryer (or, if anything, just drying for 15-20 min and hanging it up afterwards).

  4. Well the actual rolls of film turned up so thought I would post a few from feburary travels

Apologies if this has been asked already - but what camera and film are you shooting with? Your shots are insane, well done.

  5. Anyone else finding the shoulders on the type 3 to be restrictive? Part of the breaking in process or an oopsie on me? Sized up to my first ever XL clothing article and everything is good but the shoulders are rather tight. Not sure if it's how the jacket is constructed or the fit was just a tad smaller than what I needed.

The denim is pretty stiff to begin with, so I needed a few weeks of wear to loosen the shoulders up a bit. It comes with the territory. Post up some fit photos and I can let you know if it's too tight.

  6. I see 3Sixteen is carrying a 3xl in the Type 3 Denim Jacket, but I don't see the measurements for it listed. Does anyone know what those measurements are?

We've updated our site with 3X measurements!

  7. sorry for the pop-up drama but two weeks of turning my house upside down looking for my SE exclusive SOC indigo chinos and not finding them has left me emotionally spent.... goodbye best pair of summer pants i've ever owned, wherever the fucking fuck you are

I know the feeling. My FH native smoke varsity jacket has completely vanished on me, I haven't been able to find it for the past year+. Most expensive item of clothing I've ever lost.
