Any love here for prewashed LVC? I really dig my japanese made 1947‘s. Sometimes it‘s just comfortable to jump in one of those pairs.
-
…and here‘s my super secret tip fof cleaning red wing boots and leather generally: curd soap („Kernseife“). This soap cleans leather perfectly and contains no aggressive chemicals. It is „overfatted“ and cares all leather products. Highly recommended!

Yup, a worn sole can cause bad accidents. I once slipped while entering a foot locker store (sic!) on a rainy day and fell flat on my ass 😅
-
Ok. I never saw oiled leather so dried out. My 875‘s are still super smooth, no cracks or something (20 years!). But honestly, I never wear them in winter (obviously 875‘s aren‘t winter boots). and I clean and oil them twice a year. I was a bit sad that your pair went to the bin 😉

…even RW‘s need a little bit of care.

My 875‘s, nearly 20 years old. Still solid and comfy. My favourite boots, they‘re my friends in good and bad times. Cleaned today, ready for colder summer days. They‘ll get their 2nd resole this autumn.

Hard to capture but I‘ve never had a jean hairy like this 54…and it seems to get more. Looks like a wool pant 🙂

Cultizm says 1-2 sizes

Thanks, yes it is. I hope it won‘t shrink too much- bought one size up.

Thanks, you‘re right after a closer look 😉

…that‘s a 44 right? From the pictures the arcuates look stitched, not painted on or am I wrong?
-
Ah ok, stitched arcuates. And the leather patch looks somehow strange.
-
Phew…looks pretty legit. What‘s wrong?
-
The 66 is a nice cut and I guess it‘ll fit you like desired post soak (but they‘ll stay pretty long I guess!). Nice tote bag!
-
Incredible hairy denim, superbly finished. The jean fits perfect after the initial soak, honestly one of the best I‘ve ever owned.

Okay, since you‘re the only participant in this contest 😉: 1954Z
