  1. feeling it doesn't mean I have to act it out, but yeah just gotta be more aware of my actions if that makes any sense.

also long story short, homeboy cheated and broke it off to pursue another catch, but regardless doesn't make anything feel right atm.

  2. what gooseneck kettle are u guys using? looking at the bonavita gooseneck variable temp kettle so i can also use the temp settings for tea.

    where to cop aussie heads?

Got mine from fivesenses. You could also just google and compare prices easily if you're shipping it over, a few retailer has em I'm sure.

Besides that I used a small soy sauce tin while I was travelling before. Was an impulse buy but for $7 didn't mind it compared to spending $80 on a proper goose neck kettle for my aeropress.

  3. old boy fucking sucks it's the worst movie of all time

I wouldn't say it sucked, but then again my friends kept hyping it up so the ending got spoilt for me, dunno if that affects it.

The Box gets my vote for worst movie

Also there's a screening on the cost of fashion (?) tonight at Darlinghurst

    Local Taphouse

Seconded, but beware of a packed house on Friday night as you'd expect. Same goes for nearly every other joint in Surry Hills/Darlinghurst/City area.

Or i guess you can just go to OPM and party with the KAGs if that floats your boat

  4. any luck with shopping?

Sorry this is legit late but I'd say it was a bust more or less.

Converting the prices I noticed prices in BK were on average slightly pricier than Singapore which was bizarre to say the least considering the conversion rate at the time of my visit.

There was a few neat places, mainly wandered around that strip of road with all the malls including central and siam square. American Rag Cie was boring tbh. Also briefly browsed club 21 (was okay) and next to normal store (good).

Had a quick look at the denim stores deux mentioned above just for the heck of it. Heavy selection was tiny but very interesting, + having the chance to handle Kapital was neat. There's a cafe on the corner in that level which focuses on locally grown beans if that's your thing.

Also stumbled into some random stores down in Siam square which was sort of interesting.

  5. Was it really that bad last time the yeezy parade was in town? It would be worth it going in to see all of the givenchy tshirts out front of sneakerboy..

From what I was told the line for sneakerboy (I think, not sure if that or espionage) extended to about 2 blocks which is not something you see often here.

This time even footlocker in george st is supposed to have stock so...

edit: Seems like footlocker only has 21 items in stock. At least that's what I gathered from their post-it in front of their shop.

Also shout out to the dudes collectively freezing their butts off tonight in front of the galleries and my deepest apologies for giggling as I walked by.

  6. So just found out that Hender Schemes have an Industrial Arts line which is the premium line of the Manual Industrial Product.

So popular sneakers have a premium homage which has an ever more premium homage.

    hender_scheme---industrial_arts_products
