  1. Really happy for you that your 3A-1 transcended reality dude. Personally I found it to be really uncomfortable with anything more than a light load, a little too small for my EDC and generally just a real pain in the ass to use. I also kept snagging my hand on the stiff ribbon on the MK1/2s while i was walking. Obviously it looks amazing but for me it was a huge disappointment as an EDC. I sold mine a couple of weeks after purchase. Different strokes though.

  2. How to size on the P16(A)-S?

Agreed with other comments about sizing up, my large are a very tight fit compared my other Acr pants in the same size. Great pants though, certainly one of the more under-rated ones. What size are you looking for dude? If Large, drop me a PM.

  3. J56

Since someone is finally talking about the J56, I hope you don't mind me asking again:

Anyone have an idea if there are two searate compartments in those cargo pockets or if top and side access lead to the same "space"?

I think i would have prefred a zipper/buttons combination like elsewhere, but am intrigued by the closure and fast exit options I imagine this solution to provide. It seems like accessing the J58 left-side pockets might be a bit fiddly, given the extra material there?

I mean we're guessing here but it looks like the same detached entry style pocket to the P24 cargo. Definitely looks like a zipper run on the back of that pocket. I'd guess the top and sides are different compartments.

  4. Has anyone something to say about the water repellancy of the J28-K? I tested it out in the rain and it drained water away for nearly 3 minutes, then it started to absorb it. It dries very fastly due to great breathability wich I'm very happy with; but since it's selled as waterproof, started thinking some treatment steps are missing.

Where does it say the J28-K is waterproof? It says Water Resistant on the Acronym site description.

Made in Italy production processes and treatments. A lightweight 3L shell (WR), it is object dyed; a process which results in each piece having slight imperfections and unique characteristics.*
  5. true to size, but slim with no stretch. size up if you're in between sizes or have a big ass or thighs.

I've never been able to fit into a pair of Veilance pants comfortably because they're too tight on my thighs and calves, even at sizes too big for my waist. They're just not designed for people that train legs, period.

  6. I've always sized up one size on all my ACR pants for a bit of a bulkier fit. I wear a 30" waist typically so sizing up to a M in the 17's & 16a-s is killer in the way it looks but kind of a hassle in making the waist comfortable. My 23ts are size L and those are perfect. I guess it's all preference.

Not really, it's all about how long your legs are and whether you want to look like and End photoshoot or not.

  7. sorry to hear that quite a lot of ppl are dealing with issues regarding quality and defects. i was lucky enough to have my items be in good shape although the h4-ak is really fragile and the ribbing seems to be coming loose in some areas.

on another note for the p24a-ds, it says there are 10 external pockets, and 2 internal ones.

i know that there are two raid pockets, two cargo pockets, two phone pockets, two back pockets, and two front pockets.

where in the world are the other 2 pockets?

    Deep Pockets æ
