How are you packing the J61? I'm just stuffing it into a tube but maybe somebody has found a more optimal solution?

I'm folding into the pocket size and then stuffing a bit to get the zip round. I'm sure there's a more elegant acronymjutsu way of doing it though.

  2. Same here, I prefer the J61 to the J1TS tbh (I got both). The waist cinch gives the jacket a totally different vibe from the back while keeping the front looking exactly the same. Really great piece, perfect summer raincoat. And it looks cool as hell packed into a tube.

    Where did you see this?

In Sean Spicer-esque style, using the powers of deductive reasoning, he saw that the J1A video had been posted back up on the Acronym site after being recently taken down and came to the completely speculative assumption that there maybe a restock. Alternatively, someone at Acronym may have just realised that they accidentally took the J1A video off the site when they put the new collection up and restored it to it's former glory.

  4. Acronym sound is not the same as a forecelock. IIRC acronym sound refers to the zipper garage that lets you have a cable coming out of a zipped pocket without the opening being exposed to the rain.

j48-br is an awesome piece! comes with loops to attach a sling - a bit sad that they didn't put one into the bag

Hit Erlsn up on twitter, i'm sure he'll get one sent out to you!

FFS, surely you can just send it back for a refund you've only had it a day.

To be fair, i got hammered with postage doing returns with acronym direct, and i was only shipping UK to Germany.  If it's somewhere like End, which has a free and easy shipping and returns policy, then it's a different story.

More foil...  :ph34r2:  Then I wonder why people are starting to tell me I look like a futuristic vagrant.  BTW, am I the only one who feels sorry for the shirts?  Nobody wants shirts?

The LA6B this season is just a button up variant of the awesome zipped LA6 from a few seasons ago, it's nothing really new. If you've already got an Acrnm shirt (and I've got 4), there's nothing about this one that would make you want another one unfortunately. E does make a great shirt though.

anybody knows if nittygritty still stocks acrnm please?

Haven't seen Acrnm there for a good few years now, but i could be wrong.

  9. Meanwhile at Acrnm HQ, the boys are preparing for another round of 'whoever guesses how quickly we sell out of P10s gets to pick to the prices next season'...

I wonder if thats all of the drop, or if that's all that store is getting. Interested in that J46U and possibly those P25-DS. Can't wait for more pictures to surface

    That's definitely not everything.

I've always liked the idea of a J47. A minimal waterproof jacket, a contrast to the aesthetic I normally like. So the J47R will be high priority for me, unless it costs €1500 like that guy said, that'd be too much.

I'm intrigued by the J1TS and P10TS too. Though from what I've read here and elsewhere the DS fabric doesn't stack well / sit nice, if that's the case I'll be trying to searching for some previous season P10A's

I've had P10s in every flavour and DS is easily my favourite. Try running up a flight of stairs in a pair of P10s in different materials and you'll feel the difference immediately, the stretch in the DS suits the cut perfectly in my opinion, with stotz being the most ergonomically restrictive (i.e.range of motion). The stack really isn't a problem on P10s because of the cut. Different story of the P24s though, the stotz stack much better than the DS.

    All personal opinion of course.
