This is not to give you a lecture but rather to share my worthless opinion if you think differently i respect that.
It depends on your criteria of a better quality jeans, if you look for attention to details, slubby denim, fancier buttons (donut) and thick leather patch then the expensive brands is much better but if you are like me who is after a better fit and best looking fade then i consider every brand as equal. My N&F Weird guy fit is the most i like, my UB 201 evolves to have the best fade among the rest, my IH has the better fabric and will surely fade great but with unflattering fit, my Levi's 501 cone mills red line i consider the best in construction in every details but will not fade as good as my UB and hoping that the Flathead i am expecting on the mail tomorrow will give me a nice fit and better fade.
To some it is worth the $300+ price difference and i respect that, to others who think otherwise i also respect that, anyways we all have our opinions and no one can claims his or her opinion as the rule. If you like the fit and the result then be proud of your jeans, me i am proud of my UB201 every time i wore it more than any of my other pair of jeans.
AMEN!

Vittoria Martini is a spammer. Posted the same shit in few different threads on Rawr Denim forum. Sooo... don't look surprised if this same magnificent, beautiful and futuristic jacket pops up in a few other threads around here.
Vittoria Martini, get a life
.
...Or even better, get some money and hire somebody to do the PR and Marketing, because this doesn't really work.
Good luck!

Welp I backed the Gustin Kickstarter...Got a pair of Standards and Japanese Standards. I don't think they'll be here till April or May. I haven't seen any mention of Gustins on SUFU (I also haven't tried searching...) but does anyone have any experience with these?
Man i was really considering backing that too. I thought i saw something on here a couple weeks ago but not sure...
There is a thread here on sufu, but the next day it got closed. Here it is: http://supertalk.superfuture.com/index.php?/topic/144658-gustin-wholesale-sf-made-selvage-denim-at-wholesale/
On styleforum.net there is also a thread with some more activity: http://www.styleforum.net/t/330649/13-5-oz-cone-mills-selvedge-made-in-san-fransisco-and-only-81-kickstarter

Wow. 15-20 hrs / day? how do you manage that?
@quote, Do7 and all other people that wonder how you get that many hours...
I wake up at 06:45 AM, I put my jeans on at 07:00AM and then I rush to my work/internship. They stay on all day till 11:00PM before I go to bed. This gives me 16 hours of wearing time every day.
With or without a job, it's easy to wear them this much. Except if you are not allowed to wear them due to regulation.

Thanks Trav!
Spikes fit doesn't work for you?

Thank you!
Well first, nobody asks how heavy your jeans are, but how heavy the denim is used making your jeans. Usually people say 16 ounce denim, not 16 ounces of denim, big difference there
. You kind off answered the question yourself "16 oz refers to the weight of the denim per yard". So if somebody says 16 ounces then they probably didn't mean it that way
.

So... All and all.. Why do I have the feeling that this brand is too... Over thought?
...
trying to hard to think of every aspect of the brand they could cover. That in the end.. I felt that it became... cute!
...
As for the name.. Denham.. Denim.. Denham Denim. It may sounds cool for the first 2 minutes but after a while it just gets annoying.
Denham makes their jeans how the Dutch like it. They overdesign the details a bit, so the jeans can be recognized from a distance.

Do they have all sizes for the No.1s? Does it also apply to the webstore? Last time the webstore showed sizes that were already out-of stock
when I'm really rich, I gonna put together a collection of #2000 No.1s with all available colors
And what will happen to all the other unworn pairs you've got?

Hi everybody,
Advice for a complementary addition to my slim tapered denim wardrobe
Actually I have :
- APC New Cure
- LVC 605 Rigid
- Lee 101s natural indigo
- Tellason Gustave
- Flat Head SE5BSP (on order)
What could be the next one in order to have a homogeneous set up ?
Thanks !
