Ed’s are perfect and the original externals too I’m happy I don’t have to hem any jeans soon because it’s really a bitch finding the place to hem them good.
Glad it’s not just me thoug...

I asked for a tote bag to carry my necklace out of SELA because they’re so convenient haha. Stuffed those things full many times with success!

BiG and Godspeed are def the only hems out of those I'd be happy with. Blue Owls looks sooooooo bad

It zips fine, just not particularly interested in wearing it zipped up...

Yeah it really blows my mind. Like really not one store owner has anyone in their shop that bought an iPhone in the past... 3, 4 years??

You definitely have to size up one but once you do I think it’s a super good fit. Especially the arms... they’re not too tight at all. And really who is going to go walking around in a zipped up j24??

Got this not too long ago... Buco J24 in size 40.

The "lower slim leg" comment worries me a bit. Thats what I can't stand lately. Seems to affect overall mobility and comfort far more than I ever would have thought after wearing straight fits.
I made that exact realization a while ago... I'd take a slim straight over straight tapered any day, for looks and especially comfort. Funny because once you think you have some experience you think all you have to worry about is thigh measurements...

How do you compare the 767 vs the 737?
0 -
It was def the 767 I had, maybe the leg opening is normal enough but I remember the lower leg was very slim with a baggy thigh.
i think the 737s could be a great cut... if I was looking for Stevenson I would probably get those.

Just a warning, the 767 is like ridiculously tapered.

Good score... I seriously love mine.

I love that fabric but hate that stupid collar they’ve been doing...

Maybe I’m just an asshole but for some reason the instagram denim community seems so much lamer than here for instance.
Something about those pictures, and a lot of raw denim pics, just looks so lame to me. I feel like it’s cooler if you like to talk about stuff rather than just post extremely posed photos.

I don't post often but you can usually see some hints of flat head if you follow me at @benjaminbraun.
As far as instagram goes, I really prefer forums because I don't think that instagram as a medium lends itself to real interesting discussion about this stuff. It just feels like masturbation to me. That and *fireemoji*

I agree and I was happy to move on after EB’s post, but ultimately this debate started after some people chose to ascribe bad intent to dude for an innocuous comment and they had as much a role in the derailing of this thread as he and I did.

So it’s snarky for dude here to say that he doesn’t find cone appealing but not for you to say that he can’t “appreciate the subtlety” of fading a pair?
Righttttt.....

^If you are going to say that you don't find cone appealing because of the way it fades -in a cone thread, you should be ready to expect some negative feedback.
Don't get sensitive over a few negreps and defensive responses that are actually trying to explain something.
Negative feedback of "I disagree and I prefer cone to the Japanese denims" is a different kind of negative feedback than "you're pissing on cone's memory!" imo. I wouldn't have said anything if it was the former
completely agreed EB

Cone closing is sad but I think it’s a little silly to be so offended by dudes original comment.
He qualified it by saying he didn’t want to be rude. Calling it “pissing in the coffin” is ridiculous.
Cmon guys this is superfuture not reddit, it doesn’t have to be fairydust and rainbows here!

Hey kiya,
Will you be dropping prices for the warehouse sale again?

Yessir. Calistoga ducks 340... I would be tempted to find some unsandorized Stevenson’s that fit like this.
Classic low rise large waist for Stevenson but I think it works.

I just got these and I'm stoked, they fit perfect for my tastes. So comfy and the fabric is amazing too. Stevenson is definitely in my top 3 brands.

That's one cool cap @itsbenhere
Thanks man, I really love it and it fits great. For me personally I think a lot of caps are too deep but this one is just right!

I seemed to have missed the glory days of TFH, but I'm glad I discovered them now at least
The patch on that hat is cool itsbenhere. T-shirts with designs or graphics like that would be great.
I do agree that the glory days are over. It could be in my head but I was a lot more excited about a lot more flat head stuff that came out a couple years ago. It could be that I've just changed though... I love Native American motifs and I am proud to own both of these older things from flat head:

Man that is crazy.... I can't believe that was really 6 years ago.

Can’t find much info about pioneer???? That’s like the only denim people wear from flat head!
nice pickup though, I’d say that denim is a pretty tight weave.
