  1. Sorry, I had meant to include the link.  As with some other brands, 2nd is probably the best source to buy Deluxeware/Dalee's, and they do pre-orders for almost everything they release.  You can see the shirts that have the 'US M' and 'US L' options.

For whatever reason, I can't get the link to go directly to the right section.  Go to 'Item List', then under the Deluxeware section, go into 'T-shirts Others 1'.

  2. I am a fan of the brand, and love reading the discussions around the actual products.  That said, in our (denim fans) corner of the world, I think it's HUGE news when a brand systematically cuts off international shipping.  Regardless of their reasons, it's a pretty big deal.

  3. Yes, 2nd hems on a Union Special, and they do a great job.  The problem is that they DO NOT communicate in English.  So, when using translation programs, you have to be careful when asking for a hem.

  4. Sorry about that, it's their main "Basic" page:  http://info.ware-house.co.jp/basic.html

This is the full translation that I'm seeing:

Warehouse listed the "pursuit of defunct detail only" in concept, lot number to faithfully reproduce the vintage jeans but is "1001", models that have been listed in order to exceed it in every part is "1000" . Fabric, sewing, this top of what can be challenging because exhausted to study the vintage in silhouette, such as this until the "oxidation denim" "Light ounce belt loop", "sewing when the hidden rivets", has created a number of hit word. And now, I will be re-hoisted as embodying the best part number with strong Zara with "strength twisted denim". Its specifications, and sewn the folding of the back pocket dare to look like the end of the dough, processing as fabric rag comes out along with the fall colors. Furthermore, it is incorporate only the like put in upside down (have dichroic stitch is reversed) center belt loop, a rare specification at the time as the "secret ingredient".

  5. Curious if anyone can shed some light on what the descriptions are saying about the new 1000?  What are they saying by upside-down center belt loop?  And what are they saying here:

They look pretty badass.  I've stared at the center belt loop, trying to figure out how it's upside-down :-).

  6. So, with the newly stated lineup of "Basic" models, do we think they'll do away with using unique details etc. each time they re-up that particular pair?  I'm wondering if they will all be similar to the 800, where they look the same year after year.

  7. I doubt any of these repros are less durable than the originals.  The difference is that in 2014, we like to spend our evenings and weekends grillin' & chillin'.  And more times than not, our significant others work too.  So, necessary repairs accumulate.  Back in the day, the wives (and I assume single men) probably spent a good deal of time repairing work clothing, until they hit the point of no repair.

  8. Guys, it pains me to do this, but I have 3 brand new Tezomeya t-shirts for sale.  They are the big-guy size; 185.  The fabric is truly out-of-this world compared to other brands, but they are just simply too long for me.  So, any taller dudes, or those that like their shirts really long, let me know, and we'll work something out.  Shoot me a PM.

  9. Man, I am cringing at what the earthquake could have done to your music collection room....

I'm sure a Japanese brand could be very successful with a heavyweight, loopwheeled t-shirt line based solely on the album cover art in that room.
