I thought for sure they were made by Oni. I picked up a pair earlier this week and sized down one because I wanted a slimmer leg. Kinda tight on the waist but have stretched out to be comfy enough. Lower rise than my other Japanese denim but definitely better since I sized down. My crack does show when I bend over but not when sitting if that makes any sense. Who really cares anyways, just make sure you crack is clean.

is anyone familiar with those boots? they look pretty dope.

I've had my Thorogood Horsehide boots since January and they are great boots. Solid construction and have worn in nicely. I stopped wearing mine a few weeks ago because I just can't get the perfect fit because they have always been a bit small (selling mine for half the price). Epaulet has awesome customer service when I went in to try them on. Even gave me a pair of Alden laces because I felt the stock ones are a bit short. I would recommend anyone visiting NYC to stop by.

I bought a NOS Powell board from 1991 off eBay but didn't think that the trucks would be different back then so the holes don't line up. Anyone have any ideas for trucks that would fit or what to do with the board besides hang it on a wall?

I bought the jacket second hand and he only cold soaked it and wrote his name in the collar patch. I wore it for about 6 months and wrote "JOHN T. C.P.O. " on the other patch. I just recently decided to soak it before the start of fall and now it has shrunken too much for me.

I wouldn't say they're slubby like PBJ or Strike Gold, the face does feel rough at first but they're much more uniform in the weave than those. Just my thoughts anyway.

Fit is kinda the same. I got these size 32. PBJs are 33. The waist diff betwen the pbj 32 and 33 was more significant than the BiGs. BiGs were almost the same in the waist but I wanted a skinner leg so I got the 32s.

I think the diff is that these are limited, so get them now. They may make them again, I dunno. But the price I'm assuming will be higher. I love both denim. Construction is good too. They will fade differently. I think its worth heading over there and tryin some on.

Sounds good though, was there this past weekend trying to use my old credit card only to remember that I cancelled it earlier this year. Good thing my new one is in the mail! Will probably pick these up just because BiG is one of my favorite stores with the best customer service.

How does the fit compare to your PBJs? Am looking to get a lowish rise slubby pair so was going to get PBJs but if fit is similar Id rather get these. They look much better after soak imho.

Wore these for about 7.5 months and finally have decided they are just not the right fit. A lil snug for me with their insoles and have tried countless others but still can't find the perfect fit. Come with new laces (the ones in the last photos, black/brown round) and original insole barely used. I wear 10D in Red Wings 9012 and 9014 and thought these would work but a 10.5 would have been perfect if only I had patience. Any questions feel free to ask.

or just getting nike frees cause they are so comfy. Everyone has them though but everyone has all black Authentics. Anyone have any suggestions?
