I understand that Sidney take much better photos than I do but if you couldn't see both the red and blue stitching in my flicks then I would highly suggest you adjust your monitor ASAP.
haha, I wasn't hatin on your pics lando, I thought they were really good actually. 500 times better than anything I take. I just never knew about the blue thread until I saw a close up. My fault for not readin up on them enough:D

Oh, may I ask what is the reason for ridding the jeans of the starch? Doesn't it form creases using the rigidness for the starch? Anyways, I am here to learn!
sometimes the huge amount amount of stach can break down the integrity of the jeans, and aid in the early occurances of rips, especially in the crotch. That's what I was told.
It's up to you tho.

the backpocket stitching on those inazumas is nice. i saw a selfedge parcel sitting in my girlfriends room the other day, presumably the flat head loopwheel shirt I assume she bought me for christmas.
You obviously picked the right girl

what do you think of buying 3007 flatheads since bootcut is not popular and cheaper than the slim models and then sending them to a reliable tailor to get em tailored skinny. Would it be just like a slim model?Would there be any difference? Because i would save lots of money
you would probably loose the selvedge edge, unless you found an amazing tailor, and in the end you would probably end up paying the same amount to get them super-altered as you would have buying the exact pair you would really want.
Not a terrible idea, but not a route that I would take.

Im just not feeling the specialness of the Black Knights
deadstock 2008 Bk denim. limited run. Great fading opportunities for a black denim.
well, from what I've gathered from my little knowledge about Black Knights

I agree with Genetic, really vintage looking. cool look on the APCs.

Those look cool and super-slim mrjfang. I like the fit, suits you well. These should get awesome fades, and I'm interested to see how the arcs fade.
are these 100% cotton threads or are they poly-core like the Frontier series?

^^ they are sanforized so they will have minimal stretching i bet 1-2" tops just cause all clothes stretch. I find it very odd that you guys are hot soaking them because you don't need to.
I think that soaking any jeans b4 use is an alright idea. It gets all the extra starch and chemicals used in the production out, and helps keep the integrity of the denim for a little longer.
I may be way off with this idea tho, just some things I have read.
I agree with you tho, if the shrinking is the issue, soaking is a waste of time on unsanforized denims.

out of +rep, but great fits PETEROCK, jealous of those Chukkas, and that Melton is super-cool

Great news about the Inazumas mrjfang. Can't wait to see what these look like on.

@Peter Parker.
Your left shoe or boot will usually get more creases and wear down quicker than you right shoe, mainly because of getting in and out of your car. You scrape and bend the left shoe getting in, and it has a tendency to wear down especially leather soled shoes/boots. At least this is what the guy at the boot shop told me when I had to get some boots resoled.
Now, if you don't drive, or perhaps have a right hand drive car, everything I just said can be thrown to the side and forgotten, haha.
I'd say your boots looks pretty normal for the wear, and overall very nice.
