Would anyone possibly be interested in buying a deadstock pair of 1001xx (old arcs and tab) from me? I bought them quite awhile back as a backup pair after I'm finished with my Denimes, but I tried them on recently and they're way too big on me now. I'll post pictures later this weekend. Size 33.

^Been meaning to pick up a pair for years but always miss out on sizes when they hit the sale page at BEARS...Proxying has always been a bit more exp. on these so now that BiG is carrying them with converted prices I no longer have anything holding me back...

Indeed, and you can't beat BiG sizing charts--they'll make my decision easy (I have a feeling the 101z will be too slim, but we'll see).

Conveniently enough, I'm due for a new pair of jeans. I anxiously await the measurement chart.

Measurements are paired with a corresponding photograph to show how I did it, just incase you notice I've measured the "wrong" way.

1) Pit-to-pit (I measured from the seem, specifically, which you can see might be a little lower than normal?): 24.5

2) Shoulder to shoulder (measured from the outside seem, not the pleat): 21

3) Shoulder seem to the edge of the cuff: 23.5

4) Bottom of collar to bottom of the waistband: 24

This jacket would be in perfect condition if it didn't have a mud spatter on it. It's hardly been worn (I'm selling it because it's too big), but I apparently stepped into a puddle or something and it has left some minor stains. You can see from the picture at a distance that it hardly matters--it really isn't noticeable unless you look at it up close. Still, I'm willing to sell this at a very discounted price, though that'll up for discussion via PM. For a point of reference, the jacket goes for over $420 on History Preservation (with shipping). I would hope to get around half of that, but we can negotiate. Measurements w/additional pictures in the second post.

The 1001s are so pretty that it's almost making me want them over the 1003s I already have. I wish there were more faded pairs floating around.
