Designer Warehouse Sales is having their quarterly men's sample sale this weekend. It's in Islington, and they usually have some very good stuff (this weekend is all guys). ...that should work but for some reason it isn't. You can also try Splicd.com, which hosts the vid, allows you to jump to a start time, and specify end time.

Hey Monnitoff, basically you just need to manually edit the code to include the following in the URL (minus quotes): "&start=[number of seconds you wish to skip]."

For example, if we're watching this video about CJ and want to fast-forward to the 90 second mark, we will input:

EFgylaOEJbk&start=90

Now to see how the code actually looks, check the "reply with quote" and it'll come up in text... basically, the "EFgylaaOEJbk" is the part in the original URL which comes after "youtube.com/watch?v=".

If you know how to use VPN (I use it to access my old school's network while not on campus), it changes your IP address (that's how Megavid knows how long you've watched) and you can simply hit refresh on your browser and skip to the part in the movie where you left off. Basically watch the whole thing all at once, pausing only about 30 seconds to log into VPN when you've reached the limit at your first IP.

The ultimate plot twist in this thread would be if both Branespload and CJ were from Visvim and wanted us to get their name into our head.

Hey Jeepster, I use a Gretsch Elctromatic Pro Jet (with just a Vox DA20 practice amp) and I love it. Very playable, and good sound. In my opinion, excellent value for the price, although at some point I'd like to trade up to the (MIJ) Duo Jet.

I'm still a relative beginner, and from the looks of it, you guys know plenty more than I do about gear, but just wanted to put in a good word for Gretsch. The Rickenbackers are nice too though... love the Ric sound, and I'd probably go for one of those if you can afford it.

Seriously, as I posted about 24 hours (and about 4 pages) ago, someone stole my $900 coat over the weekend. While it sucks, ultimately I blame myself. Because even though I set it down for literally 5 minutes, I was smart enough to think "I better take my wallet/phone/keys out, just in case." So I should have, and frankly, did see it coming. Ultimately, it's my fault because you have to expect people to be stealing sons o bitches.

But at no point, ever, have I considered filing a police report. And had anyone, anywhere, made a joke about having taken it, I'd have a laugh and forget about it.

But can someone post a pic of this backpack? I'll keep my eyes out for it, in case the perp has made their way over to Europe with it.
