Post wash fit pics. Love these jeans. Never had a pair of unsanforized shrink so drastically (always knew it was possible, but still) after a cold wash.

First post on sufu 5.0... robbie, have you gotten em?

I prefer a hard start date. That way we can get them in a few days before and address any issues without losing too much time if we run into them.

But I'm cool either way.

morning bump

Not really. The outdoor photo seems to have a bit more of a blueish cast to it-- I don't have access to a really quality cam and lens... What I should have done is take both the pre and post pics outside. These were still a bit damp from the wash, which is also why they seem darker. But holding them in hand, they don't seem much more faded even though I poured sweat, liquids, and food into/onto these guys!

Post-wash. Not much fading that I can see... Still, they're gorgeous.

Finally got around to washing the Denime New 66. Will post pics when I get a chance...

Pre-measurements:

Waist: 35

Length: 32

Hem: 8.5

Post cold wash w/15 min low tumble (they're still damp):

Waist: 32

Length: 30.5

Hem: 8.0

I should've measured the thighs because these were tight as f*ck to put on. But I'm not shittin' you-- I'm thankful that they still fit at this point-- I did NOT expect this much shrink out of these. I mean, they went from 17.5 measured across with top edge aligned to 16. Not to mention the hem AND opening. Crazy.

Yeah, they look to be modern "vintage" Levi's ca. 1993, as evidenced in the last pic. Not a bad find, though.

The halftime show was pretty funny. College mascots v. NFL mascots. These dudes were going full speed knocking each other around. In the end, the Clemson Tiger pulled off an amazing run for the victory. He also delivered the best hit.

We all thought that the game was going to go into overtime, but fuckin' Olindo Mare BLEW it from 31 yards out. An exciting game down to the wire and Cam Newton is legit. But man it sucked to lose on a missed kick. Oh well-- AP scored shitloads and carried my fantasy football team.
