  2. I wish ACR would put a molle system on the interior of all of their jackets.

and interior of huge pockets. every time i wear the gt-j5a i think how great it'd be to just throw a 3a-mk1 in there to hold my camera/phone/wallet/whatever along with the 3a-wk2.

also on the inside of 3a bags. i've been considering modifying a second inner bag to stitch molle webbing inside. love the sleek profile of a module-free bag, but don't wanna lose that compartmentalizing ability. would've jumped on it immediately if 3a-5b put the webbing inside instead of outside (and left surface bare - more like an inside out 3a-5ts).

  3. I wish the P16A-S weren't cropped and had coil zip cuffs similar to the P10-S. (I just hope there's another P10 iteration this season.)

I actually don't think the P16A is supposed to be cropped. Look at how high that model is wearing the pants lol. I'm not sure they should be sitting inches above the hips. Let's just wait to see how Errolson wears them, because end is not making them look like a good buy. They could look really nice cropped if worn better, though

  4. TaoSpace - right -- I was referring to the other 2 pockets that I believe WillKhitie was looking for. the left side interior phone pocket being the one I assumed he had already found. thanks for clarifying since I was unclear, though.

  5. Really wish any ACR pants went down to a 28 waist. Been eyeing those P-15s but I'd be swimming in them.

wanted to chime in here and just give general thoughts on the p-15 CH.

in my opinion, waist measurement for the p-15 is not very useful. i'm usually a L in acronym pants (~33 in true waist) and sized down to a M in the p-15 because of the other measurements (hem & inseam). after receiving and wearing the pants for some time, i realize that i could just as easily "fit" the S or L just as well in the waist. as Spyron mentioned, regardless of what size you go with, you're likely going to need a belt anyway (especially if you have items in your pocket that will weight down the pants and loosen the drawstring).

i posted one pic in the "waywt: chat" thread to show how the pants fit on me. as i'm about 178cm (compared to Spyron - 186cm), these fit relatively baggy on me. the M, worn a little below the waist & with a belt, is a very comfortable fit, and i think S or L would've had strange proportions elsewhere, resulting in an awkward look.

ultimately, if you think the inseam, hem, and outseam measurements are reasonable, i'd go for it.

    ---

as for performance, agreeing with everyone else that these pants are extremely breathable. will be great summer pants. should be great for tropical rainwear as it's super breathable yet retains water repellency. as mentioned earlier (don't remember by whom, too lazy to look) i have also noticed the pant to show markings quite easily, but that doesn't bother me much.

ps: WillKhitie, I believe the other 2 "Interior Pockets" are the extra section on the inside (closest to the zip-fly) of the deep pocket. they're not really separate pockets, but additional sections cut into the deep pocket to separate small items from the larger section of the deep pocket. probably meant to store keys, or other small accessories.

  6. and abt the cp3 getting possibly fouled on the steal by westbrook

normally u would think he would hold the ball and not try to move it up the court bc clips would've taken it if he just ran out the clock...however he goes aggressive baiting westbrook into reaching in, then flops to try and get the whistle. that shit works for him the vast majority of the time and he thought he would definitely be able to sell it at that moment. but because he didn't get the tickytack whistle he loses the ball and throws away the game.

sorry by "last play" i meant the very last possession - the one where CP3 failed to get a shot off and reggie jackson poked the ball loose. if you watch that reply reggie jackson clearly gets CP3's arm, but to call that would result in 2 FTs with like ~1 second of play remaining. NBA doesn't usually like to call those bail outs (e.g., CP3 foul on Steph).

i think the westbrook strip was clean and CP3 flopped his ass off expecting that tickytack whistle, just as you stated.

in other news: fuck yeah OKC

  7. CP3 foul on russell was def a foul and a terrible read on CP3's part. he should know better. why would you even put yourself in that situation? (slowmo vine)

the reggie jackson/matt barnes thing seems to be called appropriately due to inconclusive footage and the rule everyone is mentioning:

"If a player has his hand in contact with the ball and an opponent hits the hand causing the ball to go out-of-bounds, the team whose player had his hand on the ball will retain possession."

there's no angle that shows reggie jackson touching the ball after matt barnes strips it, either way it's reasonable to stick with the call on the floor. i think officials called that to their best abilities. do understand why clips crew mad tho

more importantly imo is that CP3 was probably fouled on that last play. also KD got some good makeup calls down the stretch (to counter some blown calls/uneven officiating). clippers still gave that shit away, played way too loose

  8. ^ mighta???? russell dominated this entire game.

CP3 fucked up in the last few mins tho (excluding that jumper over ibaka).

the last 3 mins had the most obvious sequence of make-up-calls i've ever seen in the NBA. ibaka's "foul" on blake = big baby's no call on russell. matt barnes slap. jamal crawford 4-pt play flop. i can't stand doc in situations like this - have no sympathy for him.

  9. combination of role players standing around, russ playing hero, and kd being confused by someone a foot shorter.

as a spurs fan, i hope to see a healthy okc team in the wcf.  no one can deny their greatness if they go through okc and mia for ring #5

I think russ is taking too much heat for game 4 (from what i hear people saying). without him that clipper run wouldn't have even been contested. KD had MULTIPLE possessions with absolutely no production on chris paul. now, KD is the man you want with the ball in crunch time, no doubt, but when he's turning the ball over like that and russell has an easy mismatch (as much as i love darren collison, he cannot defend russell), you gotta let russell control for a bit. imagine russell's last shot went in. nobody would really saying anything about his mistakes in game 4. KD's chris paul mismatch would still be something to talk about, but russell was just playing typical westbrook ball (i think he had quite a good game, actually).

he also had the right idea attacking blake with 5 fouls. unfortunately star treatment kept blake in the game (i think he should've been called for the foul on russell's drive with about 4 mins left, but whatever the no-call isn't too egregious).

i really agree that the lack of role player contributions (with outside shooting) really hurt them. overall KD and Russ did what they needed to do. Caron was off, Thabo was off, Reggie didn't get that many outside shots up, Lamb wasn't playing/shooting, etc. bench/role player contributions in game 3 were crucial. when serge gets into early foul trouble, it only makes it that much harder to get those points.

so yeah i agree with you on 2 of those 3 points. i also think scott brooks kinda fucked up the defensive strategy in crunch time. you can never let chris paul get 3 straight layups and build a nice rhythm late in the game. a great coach (e.g., pop) would've made adjustments down the stretch to contain CP3 and force other clipper players to score. he also probably would've employed the hack-a-deandre to be smart.

also rooting for a spurs ship this year. would be awesome to see timmy go out on that note

  10. flopping is why I cant root for the pacers or the nets

this is how i feel about the clippers and rockets. problem with the east is that i can only see indy and brooklyn being able to take out miami (by far the worst flop offenders in the east IMO). i also like vogel and the way the pacers (used to?) play ball, in general.

really hope lamarcus can consistently dominate their series, can't stand watching houston play. harden flopping, beverly playing like a fucking idiot, dwight being dwight - it's the worst.

  11. plumlee gets ball then hand. hand is part of the ball when the two are in contact anyway. it also looked like plumlee went straight up, giving him principle of verticality (haven't seen enough angles to be sure though).

here's a snapshot of plumlee's hands on the ball during lebron's attack, great defense.

also SAS prolly gonna take the west. dunno how MIA will do (hope they lose lol). curious to see how the d-wade resting plays out. dude's been playing crazy good this season, just don't know how he'll hold up in a physical series. the top 8 teams are much better this year than last year imo sooo
