I've not been wearing my yellow paint gulls much.

However the paint has some cracking, and the indigo warps are slightly poking through. So in close up the yellow gulls kinda look like they got bluey grey stripes going across them.

Can you take a close up/macro pic of the gull.

From what I can gather, the new paint sat on the reminants of the old - hence the weirdness?

I suppose the new paint needs to attach itself to the denim, in order for it "look normal".

Just my speculation...

I usually have problems with matching mine to footwear so that the jeans don't swamp them.

That does look too small, especially in the shoulder area.

That tend to be my problem, when sizing tops in general.

A large would fit more comfortable around the shoulder area, however the arms and body length would then be too long.

I guessing over time they would stretch out a bit/

yeah its a really nice jacket and not a bad fit but i think you could still size up one, bearing in mind it will shrink a little when you soak/wash. How much was it?

The shop only had M and XL. It fitted okay just a bit tight in the shop. I just wanna make sure they don't look ill fitted.

The jacket is very slim and fitted, especially around my armpit area.

I guess I can only wear fitted/slim tees or tops with this jacket.

2nd pic - I wouldn't normally wear it buttoned up but I am able to though. As you also can see my belly bulges out a bit

Prescott Selvedge, 3rd? machine wash, intermittently worn over the last 15 months.

Very subtle fadings, as you can see the denim is still dark.

people say to size down 2.. but it was crazy tight and i couldnt even do up any buttons.

Yeah, the consesus is to size down 2. How was the fit on the upper thighs?

I am a 32 I got a 30. When I tried it on, I was able to do all the buttons and the clasp (had to suck my stomach in though!)

Basic things like spelling and grammar plants a seed of doubt in alot of people's mind. Which could so easily be rectified by a proof reader, or a half decent translator.

Just wondering why evisu didn't also use the same shape back pocket as used on the Ikeda, for the Lazy S.

I suppose they would look too similar to Lee, and therefore infringe on trademark?

Quik - fit looks alright. Shame the inseam is on the short side for tall peple. How tall or you ?
