Has anyone dealt with returns at evisu.com? I swear they have indescribably terrible customer service. No one picks up the phone, no one answers emails. It's a disgrace to the brand that Evisu built.

I have dealt with returns. They took a a day or two to respond to my email.

I was satisfied with the result.

Did you guys measure the front of the waist dipped or the back of the waist? Because if 30 will be more than 43cm, they stretch insanely.

I measured BiG style. Hooked the clasp, flattened out waist and lined up the front to back.

If measure laying flat leaving the slight natural dip, the back would then measure ~42cm.

I guess my hips and big ass stretched them, when I was sagging them.

My 30 MIJ measures ~43cm (or 86cm)

how do you achieve that stacking around the knee area?

you could try a liberal use of starch.

My No.1 shrank from tagged 33 to a 31

Ever since I noticed Evisu in the 90's I was never that keen on the classic white gulls. :confused:

What temp do you wash them? Just thinking how best to preserve the leather patch.

I'm not sure if they offer chain stitching, it's not really thaaaat big of a deal I don't think. They hemmed my 710's, you just have to tell them length you want taken off in CM.

2nd hemmed my 710x2nd with chain stitching. I specified that I wanted a 34 inseam (and the equivalent in cm).
