Any chance of a length and or knee measurement from either of you, please ?
W32 Deluxe
Front Rise = 13
Back Rise = 15.5
Upper Thighs = 12.5
Knee = 10/10.5
They fit me loose/baggy in comparison to my #2000, which has stretched abit
W.33#2000 No.1
Front Rise = 11.5
Back Rise = 14
Upper Thighs = 12
Knee = 8.5/9

The info I found was either marvelous1200 or setone saying he soaked his but didn't get any shrinkage, but didn't mention if it was hot or cold water, or for how long.
Can anyone add any clarity to this please?
There is a ton of useful info I this thread, regarding the other denims used, even the elusive #0!, so lets hear some about the hank dyed denim!
I don't have links to some of my older posts (there was an upgrade to this forum about 2-3 years ago).
So I can't recall exactly what I wrote.
Anyways, I usually hot soak in very hot tap water (not boiling) for 1-2 hours.
Currently after some wear it measures about 33.5 - Originally tagged 32.
I have also machined wash mine at 30 C, once.

@ TEKsevenZERO, I've got similar pair, but with silver gulls. Real nice denim, with a pink selvedge. I think I still got the wooden box tucked away somewhere...

No.0 Lot 2000. W34 Hemmed to 31
One warm machine wash. I will need to do another hotter wash/soak as it bit too loose in some areas, even though these will continue to shrink further more after several washes down the line.

Evisu No.1 crotch repair via Son of a Stag

I've ordered hemmed jeans from 2nd, but left it raw. I wanted to do the soaking/shrinking process myself.
Therefore I added 2 or 3 inches to the my required length.

As my other current Evisu's are in need of repairs/reinforcement, due to immenient crotch failure!
I dug this out of my vault to take some (crappy) pics and measurements. These are the 2009 version, so they're not the most coveted... but they will do.

Amazing pick up dant. I believe they're lefthand twill.
Do you mind telling how much they cost?

Does Son of stag still have chain stitching service?

Might be a stupid question but does anyone know if there is a difference in the denims between evisu Japan and the internationally made stuff.
So for example I'm wearing mij lot 2000 in #1 right now - but is the cloth used the same as international #1 !?
Same for #2 i guess. Always wondered as mij is awesome but just got me thinking etc etc
I've got both - and to my mind they're different. I did a (unfair) comparison a few years back - unfortunately I couldn't compare like for like, as the mij have been washed/soaked once and worn, whereas the international was brand new.

See above pic, I presume your selvedge is No.3.
Your denim will fade, I think Warakia mainly meant that the gulls could be every stubborn to wear off.
A couple of posts up my Evisu x Oki-Ni are made from No.3 denim (previously known as D85).
Also see an older pic below...

A little progress. Mainly the crotch area is wearing dangerously thin.

^ The model looks really skinny as well.

Nothing beats a sizing question to get a thread a bit busy eh.
I would post a progress pic of my jeans, however my camera's battery is not charged, I'm too lazy, and there's not much progress. :-p
