Ok so I'd never really say that to you but that's what you're showing. How you're slouching yet putting your hands behind your hips is kind of baffling. Put the hood down. Fix your posture. Straighten your back, pull your shoulders down and back, don't drag your hands behind your body, and make sure your pelvis isn't pushed forward.

I see where you're coming from but I can't knock anyone's attempts to get motivated. Sometimes all it takes is knowing someone else is on your side. I'm going to start meeting up with a friend after work. We'll be doing different things but we'll be able to keep each other accountable.
