  1. Just picked up a pair of N&F Japan Heritage Weird Guys in Size 31. 160$ Shipped in US

    180$ Shipped Worldwide

These are an outstanding pair of jeans, I just got the sizing wrong and got overly anxious to wear them, soaked them prematurely to try and shrink them up, and then couldn't exchange them. Really dumb on my part. That all being said, the denim is superb, and I'm only selling these to pick up another pair in a different size. These are soaked once for 30 minutes, and worn for 1 day. All original tags included but not attached. Offers considered but please no lowballing. Thanks

Very irregular wobbly selvege line, and that awesome looking weft...

Samurai s5000bk Size 29 - Rare Red Tab, Lightly Worn, Slightly Altered SOLD SOLD SOLD

Skull 5010xx - Size 29 - Old Texas Denim (NOT new Pima Denim), Soaked, and Gently Worn

    SOLD SOLD SOLD

I bought these a few years back and wore them for probably 3 months on and off. They certainly have some visible wear, but not too much, nothing that can't be seen in the pictures. I gave them an initial soak when I bought them, but no washes or soaks after that. Theyre the older Skull Texas denim (which many here on sufu think is better than the current skull denim). Most of the pictures are of the faded areas so you know what youre buying. Also, a lot of the creases you see in the thigh area are not permanent, just wrinkled from being folded up in the closet for a half year.

PBJ XX-007 - Size 30, Soaked, No Wear, No Wash, Butchered Tailor Job

    SOLD SOLD SOLD

These are some awesome jeans, great slubby scratchy denim with a blue weft and blue warp. Sadly I took them in to be tapered and the "tailor" clearly didnt know shit about sewing or jeans. They took if off the inseam and fucked it up pretty badly, I took a picture of th messed up seam, its folded over and has a weird crease. That being said, if someone out there isn't too particular about something like that, these are for you. Or if you want to make them into jean shorts or who knows what. Pretty open to offers on these as well.

PBJ XX-011 Size 31, Soaked, Unwashed, Minimal Wear:

    SOLD SOLD SOLD

These are Left Hand Twill, with a grey weft. Wore them around 8-10 times, ended up just not suiting me well, but they are superb jeans regardless (check the pbj thread for some cool evos). They have some visible wear on the backpocket/hidden rivet area, and a little bit at the crotch, and a mild shadow of a wallet fade, but nothing too drastic, especially considering how quickly these fade. I took pictures of all the significant wear...not trying to scam anyone here. For measurements, check the BiG chart below. Sorry for the shit pictures, nothing but an iphone right now.

Sorry for all the shitty iphone pics, I'll take some nicer ones sometime.

Naked & Famous Weird Guy Vintage Blue - Size 29

    SOLD SOLD SOLD

Wore these probably 5-6 times, extremely minimal wear, basically brand new. I snapped a picture of the only real visible wear, around the corners of the back pockets. These are normally 140$ + shipping when new.

    measurements laid flat:

    Waist: 16.5"

    Front Rise: 10.5

    Back Rise: 13

    Thigh: 10.5

    Knee: 8"

    Leg Opening: 7"

    Inseam: 34"

    B. Son Buttoned Sweatshirt in Black, Size Medium, 55$ Shipped in US, 65$ Shipped Worlwide SOLD

  2. ^ I think you're wrong, NC is more tapered, but has a larger rise/top block area. The reason for the lack of selvedge is the slight flare at the leg opening, not the tapered cut.

The PS is more straight leg, but has a miniature rise. Context's sizing chart doesn't really reinforce the above, but I'm quite sure its true.

  3. How would a 37 inseam look stranger? Would it make me appear shorter? I heard it was taboo to hem raw denim, but is that not the case when it is such a small waist size?

to reiterate what -Z- said, if you're a 26 waist, you're probably not super tall (I'm 6'3", pretty damn skinny but still wear a 30-31 in skulls, and they still stack a lot), probably more in the range of 5'8"-5'11"? Hence, you're stacking would stop closer to your knee than your ankle. So like I said, a 34 would probably still stack a fair amount for you without being absurd.

  4. ^hmm probably. I didnt know blue owl stocked KMW (granted I'd never been to their site until 5 minutes ago), but I'm sad they don't carry the fully raw new KMW denim, only "one wash". If they had the unwashed I would be seriously tempted to pick up my second pair of KMWs. Current pair just sprouted a new hole in the butt and also back pocket. Its an uphill battle with these rips...

  5. I would think a poly blend, just comparing the durability of it versus skull's thread, which fell apart months before my KMW thread showed any signs of breaking. That being said, I have no factual evidence either way.

On another note, Context updated their site with two pairs of KMWs, both 1980s, one in black/black and another regular indigo. I hope they get the Rocker cut in, as the denim looks a bit different to me that previous. (selvedge line certainly is different).

  6. I'm glad Russells are up for discussion right now. Very cool collection, curious george. But anyways, I tried posting in the this or that thread, with little response, I was considering the Safari PH boots, but am not sure what color chamois I should go with:

    A little bit louder tan:

    safari_phlg.gif

or more subtle charcoal (seen in the far right shoe)

    thanks for the opinions guys

  8. So I'm contemplating some Russell Moc Safari PHs

    Tan Chamois

or Charcoal Chamois which is featured in the shoe in the far right picture:

and then I'm not sure if these are the charcoal or the green, but I figured I'd post it for reference anyways.

or, if anyone else has suggested for different boots or Russells, I'm open to them, not really set in stone on these Safari PHs.

  9. Hmm, my original plan was to get some Costes candles actually, but in the process of checking them out I got interested in the incense. Perhaps my original plan was the better, assuming Costes candles are on par with CdG's candles. It sounds like you have a perpetually nice smelling living arrangement though

  10. Thanks for the info. Well, i own zagorsk in the scent, so I'd probably go with jaisalmer or ourzazate if I were to get the sticks. Hows the quality of the sticks as in, is the smell pretty pure and well dispersed, and how long do they last?

As for "classy" incense, I guess I just mean something you wouldn't find in the average headshop, nag champa etc.

  11. not exactly your typical "fragrance" inquiry, but has anyone had experience with CdG's incense from the incense line. To clarify, I mean the actual incense sticks, not the scents. They're ridiculously priced, at 50$ for 40 sticks, but I'm intrigued regardless. Any other suggestions for some nice classy incense besides CdG?

  12. thanks guys. They're definitely a slow progressing jean. I mean, mine are pretty well faded at 2+ years, and they look pretty similar to APCs at about 9-10 months as far as color loss goes. They didn't really take off until I started wearing them just about 6-7 days a week. That being said, you can wash them fairly often because that natural indigo really stays in the jean.

  13. Some post wash pictures for anyone whose interested:

A good warm wash does such amazing things for the fit, color and texture of these jeans. Any other KMW users out there, don't be afraid to wash.

  14. For some reason the 2nd button had more pull on it I guess. Or maybe its just because its 4 layers of denim on the top button, versus 2 on the second, if I'm not mistaken. So over time, the denim just became super thin, and one night when I was quite drunk, I looked down and pop, it had finally snapped. Oh well.
