I'm contemplating between JBxMomo JB0701 or Naked & Famous Japan Heritage?...both $200. Any thoughts either direction? I posted the same question in the N&F thread, and unsurprisingly, all responses were in favor of the Nakeds.

So I'm torn between the new Japan BluexMomtaros and the Japan Heritage N&Fs. Both 200$...any thoughts or preferences either way?

big ole price drop on the last pair of jawnz, someone buy these a. so I'm not poor and b. so these things can get some wear going on them.

Despite that fact that it's spring, I'm already scoping out a medium weight pair of jeans (15 oz range) for winter. Lookin for a slim fit, but nothing too skinny.

After the color mix up about a month and a half ago, I finally got my black Russell Hikers after nearly 6 months. Theyre totally blacked out for whatever reason, thought there'd be brass hardware or something, but whatever. Were incredibly uncomfortable for the first week or so of wear, but they've softened up nicely. Sorry for the iphone picture

picked up some PS for the hell of it, need a nice jean for "everyday wear" now that my KMWs are so thin they rip daily. Size 30, true waist around a 32, had no real problem buttoning these up right away

Given the widespread damage this earthquake has caused, and the fact that the selvedge denim has to actually be salvaged as Ande put it, maybe we could make this into a somewhat commemorative contest when it gets underway. Possibly as some mentioned, upping the price to help get Ande's workshop repaired, or everyone trying to donate to some sort of relief charity. And probably not possible with the hair on hide patch, but I was thinking a patch design maybe with the cathedral that collapsed and some sort of message about the lives lost. Maybe thats insincere since none of us probably live in new zealand, but its just an idea.

So I don't own a camera, but I had to borrow my friends for another purpose. I realized I should snap some pictures of my Rockers while I have the chance. I had to go over mynudies (where I got my humble start in dry denim) to check my signature and see when I started sporting these. Turns out it was March 20th, 2008, so I'm closing in on 3 years on and off wear on these. Anyways, they don't get too much wear anymore (maybe once a week) because they sprout new holes every time, and trying to keep up on the repairs is getting quite tedious. It's also probably combined with the fact that I typically only wear them on weekends, and weekends = drunk.
