  1. Just had a crazy workout and couldn't keep my hands up at the end, could hardly even throw a punch. Dinner time; 180 g of salad w/ walnut vinaigrette, 300g of grilled chicken, two pieces of toast with eggs, and damn near half pineapple for dessert.

  2. How's your diet? Dieting is 70% of bodybuilding, without proper nutrition you're never going to reach your full potential.

    It sucks, I'm in a foreign country where I don't really have a kitchen or refrigerator, and protein is hard to find- the main meal is rice. There really isn't much to do... maybe if I have time today, I'll head down to e-mart and buy a bunch of chicken :/

  3. Slightly under 14%, I hate the way my body responds to exercise, I swear I have to work twice as hard to get half the results. Kunk, you look good. Except for those traps, but what can you do eh?

  4. I think I'm getting fatter. Back when I had a lot more muscle and was lifting 4x/wk, I was around 14-15% BF. I dropped about 10 lbs of muscle and I thought some fat since then (from 165 down to 150) , and I've been running and doing muay thai with a little bit of circuit training as time allows.

    No super-high contrast lighting to faggot me, but any estimates? I feel like I'm still at 14% or so, meaning I dropped a bunch of muscle for no fucking reason and am now fat and worthless.
