  1. Doing this whole celibacy thing has my mind completely fixated on distractions such as smoking—something I hardly ever do but now feel compelled to.

I'm not sure if this really counts for anything since I'm just replacing one thing with another.

    Foiled.

sex is way more fun than smokes. if you have to choose, go for the sex.

  2. just put on my 5000 21oz. its an awesome cut, fit pictures will come soon.

and pre- and post-wash measurements too please. ive been agonizing over what size to get in these. not sure if the sizing error was corrected.

  3. kiya, can you please explain what you mean by "more rigid"? are they stiff? certainly doesnt seem like it from the pictures. ive never handled a pair of 634s but i have a pair of the sexih01 and i always loved how soft they felt. unlike any other pair of raws.

  4. Dear Supreme,

Go back to the tonal labels, please. That is all.

Just came out of a wash, so they're still a little wet/wrinkly.

whats the official color for the one on the right? is that teal?

anyways, i need one. anyone wanna proxy one for me? pm me please.

  5. lvc noob question: i want to buy a pair of made in japan jvc 47 501. one of the distressed ones, not the raw ones. im usually a 31 waist, but the measurements i found online are all much smaller than tagged. for example a tagged 32 has a waist around 29.5, while a tagged 34 measures around 31.5. the measurements for the tagged 34 seem like it will fit me better but that would be about 2-3 sizes above what i would normally wear. i know that it is generally advisable to size up when buying raw lvcs. is that also the case when it comes to a pair of distressed lvc? and if i do buy the tagged 34 lvc, will the waist stretch to an actual 34?

  6. quick poll for those who have it/felt it in person. MA-1, worth the 220?

pros: cotton instead of nylon, better-fitting alternative to mil-spec, supleme tab

cons: expensive for light spring jacket (it's pretty light, right?)

i got to see it in person but passed on it. if you have the pilot jacket that was released towards the end of the a/w season, then the ma-1 is definitely not worth it. a lot of similar details on both but the pilot jacket is just so much nicer. and around the same price point too, if i remember correctly.

  7. alot of heads on this site seem a little too preoccupied with the idea of "what would Milspex think?"

it's time to start forming our own opinions, kids....

as for not mixing Supreme and Visvim, they share many common inspirations for their basics.

yes, i know there are quality and price differences.

and what's the big difference between a Supreme Pilot's Jacket and the Visvim Nomad?

    NOT MUCH

or the Supreme Leather Bomber and the Elemendorf Jacket by Visvim?

    NOT MUCH

or the Supreme Flight Jacket and Visvim Insulator Jacket?

    NOT MUCH

or the Supreme Coaches Jacket and the Visvim Ketchikan?

    NOT MUCH

(and dont start me on how a peacoat is a peacoat)

    i could go on...

(here comes the tsunami of neg rep....)

    thats some really faulty logic.

whats the big difference between a supreme m65 and a dior m65?

    NOT MUCH

so supreme and dior are similar.
