In the ideal world it would be the statement that matters, not the profit. That's what makes this whole thing so ludicrous.

A park? How about low income housing?

Cult- Don't cut down the hair, man, it looks totally awesome. I rock a similar style, really distinctive. I don't think cropped hair meshes as well with gauges and the art-hipster style as the implied mohawk does.

Any suggestions on a sub $100 badger brush?
I'll try shaving in the shower, and if that fails, DE it is.

I would if it worked, unfortunately it doesn't.

Lately I've been having a huge problem with standard razors; I'm developing quite the razor rash line. I'm just getting too much irritation with constant against-the-grain shaves- it's time to try something different. For the most part my skin isn't that sensitive, but the stubble is deeply ingrained. Any ideas (traditional razors are out)?

I'll be in New York City this coming weekend and I'm looking to pick up a new sweater. The problem is, I'm tall and very thin so most sweaters are shapeless sacks. I'm no pro in this department, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? Is the APC Winter '06 V-neck slim? Ideally I'd be looking for something in a dark grey with a deep-v, but I'm open to anything.

I've got a really slim fit with the New Cures, I had to size down three sizes, 30-27.

Nothing is quite as "fresh" as duckfeet, go for it regardless of prevailing fashion norms.

"The Sinking Belle" off of "Altar" is the song of the year, hands down.

You get to custom choose color, commision graphics and art for the flap, etc. I can attest to the quality: absolutely solid and flawless.

It really depends what you're looking for in a city. Boston isn't New York. If you want to rub elbows with some minor celebrity at a club with a ridiculous cover, you're going to hate the night life. You're not going to live fast here in Boston, at least from what I've seen. There are, however, tens of thousands of college kids creating a demand for shows (you'd be hard, hard pressed not to find a show happening somewhere every night, let alone 1000 parties). Boston's strengths lie in its surrounding cities. Almost everything is happening in Cambridge, Alston, Brighton, Brookline, Somerville, and the Mission Hill area. Life is quiet if you want it to be, and it's really easy to escape if you absolutely need to.
Plus, our independent arts and music scene is fantastic. PM me if you have any questions.

Wait, why is Joy Division above Public Image Ltd. in the "seminal" ladder?

Providence's own Gunsho. Absolutely the best.

Be content that it isn't a Bathing Ape shower-curtain hoodie.

Those Cosby flannels looked awesome, I might end up picking up on in white/ black.

I like my v-necks deeper, but every V-neck is accompanied by a white dress shirt and a navy tie, with few exceptions.
