Took my mom to a Japanese restaurant yesterday and there was an asian couple next to us where the chick was doing the super high pitch breathy voice hardcore. Afterwards we had a half hour argument where my mom kept saying the chick had some kind of vocal abnormality and I kept telling her it's just some shit asian chicks put on because they think it's cute.

My mom still refuses to believe me because she thinks nobody would be that retarded.

My theory is that Christian Bale has a fucked up eating disorder and periodically takes roles that require massive weight loss to hide his anorexia with method acting.

If paying double is not a big deal then just get the ipad. Other than that nook is probably the best thing in its price range. Srsly. Go with stock android phones if you can. Carriers always promise they will update you to the latest version asap but basically never do shit unless you have a blockbuster phone like Droid or EVO 4g.

I'll never understand the concept of a spring/summer parka. Once the weather gets over 50 it's called a windbreaker/rain shell. That RG cotton one doesn't even offer any weather protection. Don't just throw some epaulets and a fishtail on a long hoodie and charge me "outerwear" prices.

I think having the CGI out the hand in every episode will probably be too big a pain in the ass for them to do unless there is a huge storyline payoff.

The last thing I remember in the comic was them moving into a prison facility and having a fallout with the inmates. Then a badass black chick shows up and steals the football player away from the white chick, who goes crazy. How far past that is the comic currently?

Fuuuuck. Forgot my registration expired and came home from work to find my car got towed and impounded since apparently you can't park an unregistered car on a public street.

Also I was not aware that cops ran plates on random cars that are correctly parked in residential areas. This shit is my fault but god damn cops only go above and beyond when you don't fucking need them.

Iphone 4 or Desire. I think the Iphone4 is the best designed phone with the best hardware but I'm so used to having gmail, gtalk, and google voice synced up I don't want to switch.

The Samsung UI on the Galaxy S is so terrible I returned the phone after two days. Everything is great on paper but the phone felt kind of cheap in my hand plus GPS capabilities are messed up across the Galaxy S line until Samsung decides to fix the software. I use Navigate so much that was a complete dealbreaker.

I got a Samsung Captivate and returned it after 2 days. That Touchwiz UI is total crap and responds slower than my Aria despite having a 1ghz processor and more ram. Also GPS is effed on that phone until Samsung decides to update it.

If you guys stream podcasts I highly recommend Google Listen. The streaming media player that comes with Android does not allow you to switch to another application without stopping/restarting the stream so I almost never use it.

Also check out Laputa book reader if you're cheap. Not sure how it's legal but it lets you download a lot of bestsellers for free. Just got all the Steig Larson books last weeks and going through them now.

Just got this and while I'm happy that I've run into absolutely no problems, I sorta wish I went into something a bit bigger. I was a bit turned off by the size of the Evo but when I ordered Aria off Amazon I was a bit unprepared at how much smaller it is. If you got big fingers the keypad might be a problem.

Also I kind of wish I waited for a Samsung Captivate because it supports xvid and a bunch of other codecs right out of the box. With other current phones you have to convert your vid files which is a biiiiiitch.
