  1. do you mean camel filter cigarettes or the filters themselves? i like their cigarettes if it helps.

my friend gave me a bunch of his lucky strikes and they're ridiculously strong. i can finally finish a whole one but after wards i need to have a seat for a little bit to recover.

  2. i would size up on the heat techs for a normal (non-barishnikov) fit

i think the heat-tech garments were generally designed to be worn as a base layer under your normal clothes and so they should be worn fairly tight. they're not terribly thick so in order to insulate you optimally, they should probably be in contact with your skin or at least very close.

  3. it's just you.....or it could be the weirdo outfit she is wearing. are those black spandex tights or is that leather??

i don't see anything weird about her outfit. maybe, not so great, but not quite weird. i think those very thin, very slim, velour pants.

but back to the topic. is there any information on the construction and materials of these boots? there seems to be quite a few details that i'd like to know more about.

  4. I had to deal with that last night. The last one I smoked tasted like a burning tire.

yesterday i smoked one that tasted like fish/bad vajayjay.

F-- HORRIBLE SELLER, WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN!!!

  5. I was just at uconn today and I saw some azn dude near the CLAS building walking around with a shemagh and i had a chuckle to myself :o... i still have yet to see evidence of anybody with notable dress sense there, aside from the chinese kids who are ever so misguided and try too hard

i probably know him, he's probably korean.

  6. Anyone do barefoot?

There was some thing I read on the interweb where barefoot peeps run and for sake of cushioning they never land on their heel. Which also kind of helps with running form as some think it's more efficient to run on the balls of their feet.I would never ever run barefoot unless a bear catches me offguard by the riverside or something equally outlandish but I see some efficiency in the barefoot runners' form.

I started doing it unknowingly 3 weeks ago due to me wanting to land my feet firmly under me instead if reaching forward and landing on my heels. For my short 3 mile runs (I'm still easing into the running amounts... i.e. I r n00b) it has really increased my speed and in turn increases intensity of said runs. I'm thinking landing on the balls shortens my stride and forces me to be more efficient by focusing on pushing off with my ankle and calves.

I found it a great workout for my calves at the very least. Heheh.

And as far as I know this kind of form doesn't really cause any injury so.... why not? Is this common with y'all too:? Or do y'all land on your heels?

I read some studies about chi and pose running styles and apparently striking midfoot/forefoot doesn't do very much to prevent injuries, increase running efficiency or anything really. I still changed over to mid/forefoot striking just because it feels nicer and faster to me.

When I ran in a 5k there was a guy that ran it barefoot. He beat me but that's not saying too much...
