  1. I almost always feel bad.. but mostly because it's not my money. I leech off the parents, but I have decided to stop doing that so.. yeah.

I definitely wouldn't feel bad if I'm spending my own cash

Man, theres something wrong with you... :D

I would gladly spend somebody elses money!

  2. I won't quote Einstein on this, but I'd rather buy nice japanese jeans than blow the money on one night out. At least that way I will have something concrete -not just some dead brain cells.

(I try to avoid buying anything I don't need. Most times I create the need..)

  3. the jcrews are such a blatant rip-off of the indy's. they're not even hiding it. it actually makes me want to get the authentic version even more.

Indeed. If you can't make it better don't do it. I want those Alden Indy's too much. Soon I will have a pair... No wait, I like those Tricker's too... :)

  4. And keep in mind that like most nudies, calis stretch like hell (more than any other jeans I 've had). If you want them nice and tight take as small you can fit in (wear them high when you try them on, even if you want to wear them on your hips).

  5. I've never heard before that jeans could be cool, or any other piece of clothing. You can be cool with jeans or without.

Ok, I can disagree with myself just a little bit. When I was six years old I used to think wearing sunglasses was very cool. :)

  6. I am not familar with Edwin but maybe you did not buy the correct size?

I took a size that I could button all the way in time of trying on. :)

If you have a pair of Acne Mod jeans they are about the same. Sometimes when I think I'm wearing the Calis I'm actually wearing tha Mods (sometimes meaning that has happened once...).

And if you look at JR homepage, the guy wearing those washed Calis he's about similarly built as me and the jeans fit about the same.

If I buy my sized 501's I think that they are more fitted than Calis, only that calis are tapered... Uhh.. it's late here and I'm mumbling like an old woman...

  7. For those of you with brass knuckles in the back pockets of your jeans, do you ever worry that a policeman will stop you and arrest/fine you for possession of a deadly weapon? I mean, with the worn in outline and all, I'm pretty sure he has probable cause.

Thats why I walk my hands in my pocket. I'm afraid that someday I get arrested for concealed deadly weapon... ;)

Knuckle duster in your back pocket... That might be a bit juvenile for younger folks but for me... My friends could get a good laugh. I'm doing it!

  8. Quite loose??? Mine are pretty tight...not like Hobokens but definitely not loose.

Well, not loose loose, but looser than Edwin Nashvilles and they are the same size in waist. And of course Calis are tighter below the knee...
