Anybody check out the new Future Islands LP - In Evening Air? Upon first listen, it seemed a little gimmicky to me. But, their new wave/synth pop sound has definitely grown on me since the 1st listen. It keeps reminding me of a summer road trip down a road that never ends...

Have any of you used the Nikon 35-70 2.8D? I've read a couple of reviews but have never used the lens. I'm looking at one that will be a little less than $300. Thoughts?

Seems like it's legit. I read that the leaked release is a demo, so I wonder if there will be any changes before the actual release date?

I can't stop listening to the new Crystal Castles. Dark, edgy, frantic, industrial, awesome.

Not In Love, Suffocation, Celestica, and Baptism are all doing it for me at the moment.

I honestly posted that pic for the responses. While I find it quite fun to look at, I don't exactly want my girl to be looking like that. More power too her, I bet she'd be fun to undress, but I'm with you guys when it comes to having someone like that on your arm.
